Not only ico is the issue if you noticed the market cap which is now at 80 billion from 105 billion in june. After eth started crashing and the people who sold told they enough profit after few days many started following this trend of taking profit which led to the crash of all the coins. I fully agree. We should allow scammers to run amok and steal other people's money, crypto was supposed to be anti establishment and "for the people", and I know when dealing with people you have to run into some scammers, but then the people should vote against those kinds of things.
ETH being one of the more popular trashcoins should fall down to its realistic price range of $3-$5, and stay there forever so we don't get another shameful moneygrab like we did in the ICO scam era of late spring-early summer 2017.

I don't think ether will crash so easily even it's growth was too fast now it's around 180$ this has reached couple of time from past few months . Still ether is in good position to hold.
