No, it is not? The code is verified and anyone can check it. Don't FUD other pyramids because you have one of your own.  Payouts are happening, there is no fee: http://etherscan.io/address/0x0f26c26318872e8fa85dee5d30cba45ed53b3d3e#internaltx
I don't FUD, unlike all these incompetent copy pasters I can make superior apps, so I don't need to resort to cheap tactics to trick people into using mine. That app's code has a big mistake in it that will cause whoever deposits 40ETH or more to lose money. I just happen to care about people, so take it as a PSA.

You're right, anyone who sends 40 ETH or more will get in return 10 ETH on that pyramid.
Your pyramid, Katatsuki, is better and more dynamic, but it's somewhat complex or not well explained, that's why the simplicity of Zero fee got more traction, although now it got 100 transactions stuck, not sure why except if the creator is getting some fee or extra ETH...

It's funny that a lot of people investing in there can't actually read a very simple contract. What's the point of a verifiable contract if you're not actually verifying it.

Ok updated the website from BitBubble to Github.io

http://ethgambler.github.io/ZeroP/

The site is based off the github. I am not the creator of this app I'm just someone who wanted to help improve it. I know there is at least 3 developers who have contributed now. The site is based off github bellow and anyone is free to make suggestions to edits to the GUI.

https://github.com/EthGambler/ZeroP

The developers are invested in continuing development of the GUI and a wider marketing campaign once we're accepted into State of the dApps. I'll be depositing some more money for the rally just before that happens.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but state of the dapps hasn't been accepting pozi apps lately, as they are all copy pasted and offer nothing new. At this point you probably need to come up with something original and actually useful to get listed there. If they had to list every ponzi app that has been spammed recently nobody would take Ethereum seriously.

Or maybe they're just on vacation, who knows~

On vacation I guess, they just published LittleCactus Smiley

Seriously, stop FUDing. The guy created new pyramid, because the old gone got stuck. People are playing. You were left in the previous one holding the bag. Accept that and be quicker next time.

He probably got stuck in the old one and is doing his best to FUD other pyramids to attract this 1000 ETH to the new one. But people will contine to chose fresh projects instead of investing in the stuck ones.

Lol the new one you posted isn't actually a copy for anyone who reads the code. Also check this out it is facing an error right off the bat. SMH

I invested in the new one and got paid. It seems the same in terms of rewards. Just checked the code.

 while (balance > persons[payoutIdx].amount / 100 * 125) {
      uint transactionAmount = persons[payoutIdx].amount / 100 * 125;
      persons[payoutIdx].etherAddress.send(transactionAmount);

This got stuck, so I have created another one with identical payout and cap limit parameters (+25%, 10 ETH).
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1426710.new#new

Permanent 0% fee Ethereum Ponzi was the most popular ponzi recently.
Unfortunatelly it got stuck and needs over thousand of ETH to get unstuck, so I've started another pyramid with exactly the same parameters (+25% payout, 10 ETH max payment).

Of course the earlier you invest, the bigger your gains. People who invested in the previous ponzi on the first day earned a lot of money, so be quick!

How to play?

Just send ETH to this address:
0xf835b307bc5348194ae01ed729170c84217ba688
Do not attempt to send more than 10 ETH, since it will be returned to you.
Also do not send directly from the exchanges.

Here you can see current stats/payouts:
http://etherscan.io/address/0xf835b307bc5348194ae01ed729170c84217ba688

There is also so called standard fee for the creator (10% according to this bard), but it does not influence your rewards in any way - you always get what you invested +25% more.
The contract is verified and made public, so you know it works as promised.

13 people already playing the new one. Thx!

Nice work on the 0 Fee contract, it seems to be working properly.

Here is a Webpage User Interface that displays the stats for this contract:
https://github.com/ContractsJust4Fun/WealthRedistributionExperiment/blob/master/ZeroP.html

Download to your desktop and open in browser or someone can host it somewhere and send link to OP.

Also, I can't seem to post a screenshot, can someone help?

https://i.imgur.com/Zqx6v3L.png

Works in FF too.
Really cool.

1. I made a branch to change the names and hope to possibly make some upgrades. Should I merge my changes back into your original project or do you plan to keep that one for your other expermeint? https://github.com/EthGambler/ZeroP

2. I uploaded the site for anyone who wants to run it easily through the broswer: http://ZeroP.bitballoon.com

Edit: I guess it would better to host this on github.io
