Altcoin bull trend hasn't started yet. All that we see in the market is the impact of bitcoin and the real-time demand to supply market of leading cryptocurrency. When institutional investors started pouring their funds on bitcoin, more people moved the small holdings towards Bitcoin. Now once again the same is being getting moved to ethereum. This is where the market has been experiencing slow and stabilized growth without much of growth with rest of the altcoins. Based on this we aren't into perfect altcoin bull market.

When the price of ETH increased by 66% in the past one week and when BCH and BSV had a huge rally then you can very well say that the alt market is rallying Cheesy

. I was surprised by the rise of BSV and BCH today as those were the only coins that was not moving forward while all the other coins were rallying and i am not sure what changed all of a sudden to make those coin rally.

There are so many altcoin which have the same movement, take a look to ADA and stellar price movement. At this bull run market they show an impressive increase, I guess for those who hold these coins will be benefited as well. I understand you choose ETH as the coin that has a good price movement because its price has passed the $1000 barrier. But you have to know, this coin hasn't been able to increase more than its previous all time high and it is the with another altcoin especially like ADA and Stellar.

It clearly not ETH season and what people are saying is that we are in bullish season but only coins that is well supported and accumulated will progress in price which mean the altcoin that are stagnant are not among the investors choice. Meanwhile, ETH is not the only altcoin thats gaining green in this market.

Both definitions are deeply correlated, so there is nothing wrong to call the uptrend an alt or ETH season. ETH price is still now and doesn't believe the technical indicators because oversold on oscillators doesn't mean price is going down. Just buy the promising altcoins and you are good to go. Technical indicators can give an idea of how the markets work and the fundamental analysis will lead to a better understanding of the market, it is all same in financial markets. The better you learn the more you trade without technical analysis.

There are wallets that I just forget to check for months but now that altcoins are gradually having good value, I started checking the forgotten wallets. The tokens I got back in the ICO days now seem to have a value once again. The season already changes and the top altcoins are always green too.

Its true that there are thousands of ERCcoin but I don't know if you should call it ETH SEASON.

It may be specific to ETH season.
Altcoin season will happen if most altcoins are starting to pump and reach their ATH, and pass it. ANd also many altcoins that are considered not in the top 100 will also have significant increases as occurred in 2017-early 2018.
But now, only a few altcoins have increased price so significantly and then dropped inc certain market corrections. BTC itself is still dominant where the price is still increasing so that it will also give an impact on the altcoin prices.

If Eth has to follow how btc has broken its previous all time high price and now trading at over double value of that i can easily coclude that ETH will be quickly to 3000 once it breaks its previous highs of 1400 just like btc did so definitely good time ahead for eth holders.

Very true. Alt season will start when domination BTC goes down. With that said I think that will happen soon. All the movements in the market are good for now.

We eth holders would like to see the entire alt season affects most of the cryptocurrencies. But to date, it's not yet that every alt is in that season.

I would imagine LTC AND XMR are the two safest bets after BTC AND ETH. I'm holding positions in BTC, ETH AND XMR and plan on adding LTC to that list as soon as I can.

Check the coin marketcap and you will see that its not only ETH have high gain for todays price . you can add to the list of it is doge dot and many other top altcoin that increase its price more than 20% .
If the price of bitcoin is going to be stable at that price then whales will also do their move to move into altcoins . altcoin season is happening already all I don't know is how far it will go.
