I already made little profits from my long holdings even though I am not satisfied with the current position. BTW, some people predicted eth to see 500$. This can easily be seen. I am mostly bullish this time around.
that is a little more achievable. I think many are optimistic that it will happen in the not too distant future. but it is related to future market conditions. when BTC is still in good standing then ETH can do better than it is today.

I guess if 1k rate is too high to be achieved by ethereum this year but imagine when more than 50% of ethereum will be locked in the staked address and market will gets on its inflation.
This is the sign of bull run all projects are doing fantastic job from last few weeks. All DEFI projects are using the ETH platform to build on it that's why all eyes on this project surely it will gain more value as like more investors are getting involve. I also believe one day it will get recover and will new ATH.
I do believe that ethereum price will definitely go back up once we are done with 2020 and finally get to see the phase 1 of the new update, however people here are a bit more excited about it than I feel about it. I mean yes I do agree that there is a chance eth could go above 500 dollars for the first time in a long time, we literally dropped as further down as 80 dollars at one point from all the way up at 1500 dollars, thats a 1420 dollar fall and I would really not expect that from eth, probably some smaller altcoins but not eth.
Which all to me means that it can't really be that good, breaking all time high once again in the next 12 months doesn't really sound all that realistic to me honestly, sure it would get better I do not mean that it will go down, but I feel like 500-700 levels are realistic and would probably happen, those are not that far off, however over 1500 is crazy talk, even over 1000 is very very tough.

it will be smooth because this is etherium and eth is a famous coin . never see eth fail and they dont want that to happen because many people will instantly loose thier trust on eth .
1k for eth is not huge but it only gives an illusion that its high because we never see eth pump too much not unlike to btc that can easily reach a high price and he can stick with it for a longer time

My prediction is just $600 at the end of the year and right now the price is quiet far from my prediction but since the market is unpredictable, we can say that the anything can happen and the $1k price can still be rich. If there’s a good effect of DeFi projects to ETH, then expect the price of ETH will become expensive once the market continues the trend.
For everything to make sense the developers needs to successfully roll out the updates they are promising as the transaction charges on ETH are really high and people will find similar alternatives if it continue like this. It will vary yet we are currently playing on $400 price and going 150% 4 months time is still plausible or not really too far off.Yes, defi is the new hype

That's quite optimistic prediction but the fact that is not relialistic one. Considering Ethereum has a potential and those defi projects has bring a lot of good impact to the Ethereum price even though there is no fix total supply on it.
All in all, the price of all altcoins was always matter to the bitcoin price. Give higher percertage on it upon your investment and hodl.

The $1,500 will be a long term target price of ethereum that can be touch in the future, especially if bitcoin price itself can increase high up to $20k.
The price now still trying to break the barrier of $400, and it's only a matter of time for the price to touch it back.
