if you are using the current etherdelta site and you already directed by the scammer in the fake site. Etherdelta DNS got hacked, you will not able to sync into the etherdelta database that means all of the activity that runs in etherdelta just fake. It might better for you to check your amount. because the scammer is stealing a lot of the private key through etherdelta dns and redirected the users to the fake site. A lot of people are hijacked by the scammer.
Yes it was (or still is being hacked). You can withdraw your fund without interacting with the website. Just follow the instructions here:
