This isn’t the first time reading such two sided thread about ethereum and it’s price.. Their is something happening as of today,, marketing on eth is working to discredit bitcoin and giving good or too much review on the possibility of ethereum bullish run and replace bitcoin on the first place,, that is purely impossible..

Ethereum can never take over from bitcoin for as long as cryptocurrencies is concern bitcoin will for ever be the king despite the fact that ethereum operates on a more advanced technology it can not take over from bitcoin. Have you notice how bitcoin control the price of other cryptocurrencies e.g when there is a slide fall in the price of bitcoin you will also see other cryptocurrencies price start falling and when the price start rising you will see other cryptocurrencies price start rising also, so bitcoin is the king of all cryptocurrencies.
As we see the ethereum price is getting low and low every day. It was same thing happen with the Bitcoin in the past then it has reached where it is right now. Will we see the ethereum competing with bitcoin in the coming one year?

Thats really hard to say because on the other hand bitcoin prices are also increasing day by day. I mean most of the people will think that bitcoin might just hit the ATH of last year and thus psychologically no one is willing to sell the bitcoin or they are willing to buy it more and more to benefit themselves. However on the other hand Ethereum is dropping and there is some crowd which believes more in ETH who will be buying the ETH too so that its market depth is growing continuously as well. On the long run it feels like we are more into bitcoin and ether might just stay behind in the race the same way as it has done already.

Ethereum maybe one of the altcoins will be the next step of bitcoin near in the future, ethereum has a good technology and this also now used a coin in ICO's project. Bounty project now is using ethereum as a main currency to purchase their token. But if you think that ethereum will be replaced in bitcoin well, you are wrong all altcoins are depended on bitcoin now. Now, ethereum is getting too much decreased it is the time to grab the opportunity in the marketcap to full your portfolio.
maybe but we will see our market was going to dump very soon.
