It's already kinda low... let's hope it doesn't affect the market. Do you think if they limit the amount of minable ETHs, would that actually make the price go up?

To reduce the reward block all of these EIPs have discussed.Since the blockreward has been reduced from 6 to 3,the price and ethereum will miners will loss their domination.

It’s a very confusing state for ETH miners and investors  as also for the Ethereum developers too. The ethereum have to overcome the upcoming hard fork. It will affect the price of  ethereum that’s for sure and the hard thing to imagine that the price could go downwards.

I think the upcoming hard fork will affect all cryptocurrencies. So, Ethereum will also be affected. But I think this will not affect that much of that other cryptocurrencies will face.

Not sure if you have seen the situation with ETC when it got listed in Coinbase, the price went up for a day and fell down to where it was instantly. Investors are slowly moving away from all these hardforks and focusing on actual coins that offer much better features. So, the hype wouldn't really make much difference.

I don't find anything exciting in the EIPs that will make investors and users excited about the emergence of hardfork that is full of potential, rather I feel like, it will get treated just like the other forks that are already in the market and people are abandoning them. Having a proper vision is very important in terms of forks, otherwise, you are offering the same old coin.

Since there have been a lot of speculations regarding the resurrection of ETH again into the market by CBOE and other supporters who are trying to hold ETH above the water right now, releasing a hardfork of it might prove to be beneficial for ETH for a short period unless the fork turns out to be a shitcoin immediately.

I don't think this is helpful for ETH based on this situation it will reduce the reward block which is not good for miners also they will be suffering and unmotivated.

All of these EIPs have discussed to reduce the reward block, that has been stated in the whitepaper when the metropolis update and the blockreward has been reduced a lot from 6 to the 3 and that gives a huge impact to the price and ethereum will be so hard to be mined and that makes asic miners will loss its domination.
