Ethereum is not waiting, the bull market will not come, I think you should be wrong to judge the cryptocurrency market, this is very dangerous, wrong judgment will cause you to lose a lot of dollars.
Recently, the market has shown that bitcoin is set for a bull run. Yet, the ethereum chart is showing that,ethereum is feebly struggling to even maintain it's current price. What do you say about this? Why hasn't ethereum followed suit?
The developers decided to create a new fork, and not to increase its advantages. So I think in the future it will lose even more value when demand decreases. Ethereum is just waiting for the price of Bitcoin to rise, because it seems that Ethereum is always following Bitcoin, it is just a small pensioner of Bitcoin.
I think that by 2019, everything will be fine, 2018 is almost over and no bulls.
ETH is also waiting for its price to rise up and attract more and more investors. The price is actually down and pessimism is at all time peaks but in the future, when the prices would be high, ETH will be at a good market position. Ethereum and other altcoins wait bitcoin everytime, btc is market leader so when it rise like today, ethereum and others rise with it, we saw today that eth rised to 100-105 dollar because btc is rising well.
Bitcoin is everything in the Altcoin market and Ethereum is waiting for when the price of Bitcoin can reach $ 20K and Ethereum will take over the number 2 position again. everything depends on Bitcoin, now the price of BTC has experienced an increase and Ethereum has also started to rise again.

Ethereum isn't waiting anything. The whole market is waiting for bitcoin. Because the whole market goes after bitcoin all the time. You must have noticed this for years. Bitcoin is everything in this market.
If so, there is no competition in crypto currencies. And there is no advantage from other platforms when the price of their coins depends on the movement of the price of Bitcoin. Does my way of thinking like this have something wrong?
In this context we must be able to present new investors, namely the government. I think in this way the growth of crypto prices will be faster.

If Bitcoin experiences a high jump, I think Ethereum will rise soon. So Ethereum waits for Bitcoin. I will only think positively because I am sure if the market will definitely rise again.
Ethereum is looking for the right gaps to be able to take investors back. A good start and the market is now gaining green as well as ethereum has an increase that is always looked forward to and this will be a good moment for ethereum.
it seems that the price movement of ethereum is waiting for good news that can make traders buy ethereu, because a few days ago the news circulated hardfork ethereum and it turned out that it could have an effect on rising prices of ethereum.
I do believe that as soon as bitcoin go on a huge bull run ethereum will ride on with it and would soon recover from this dip, as we can see not only eth is on a dip but most of the alts and coins.

I do not know what ethereum waits before the investors ride again. The only thing I know is that, most altcoins (scam or failed) pulls down the ethereum. If we want it to go up, we must executed all erc20 platforms which give conflict to ethereum. Imagine, ethereum network becomes congested time by time. Many developments have been delayed in ETH and failed attempts for scalability as this is their main challenge. Thus all the other dapps have switched to other more scalable platforms. IDK what Vitalik has been thinking but he should have foreseen this to happen.
