the price for bitcoin currently approximately $14k and it's more than 10x from ETH price today indeed if there is big pumped for ETH and more demand for this coin maybe will reach more than $5k in this year or more but i don't think until whenever ETH will passed bitcoin price unless ETH could taking over bitcoin from market cap position and being the first position

In November, many people believe Ethereum will fail to reach 900$-1000$ and that giant has show its power buy pushing the price more than 1200$. With the power of this project, its price must be more than 5000$ at the end of year.
One of my favorite altcoin is ethereum, I believe that this token will have higher price this year. We all know ethereum is rising now and no doubts to follow the steps of bitcoin.
Im hoping itll hit as high as bitcoin. But first, let it drop to the ground first so i could invest in it 
I always believed that ethereum is gonna be much higher than it is before. For me, i was expecting this increase so everything seems good to me for now

i think eth in a good development now, my prediction is in the end of 2018 his value stuck in $2000-$3000. but eth will not passed BTC in this year, maybe need 3 or 4 years again for eth passed BitCoin.

It can surely reach to the mark where bitcoin is today but its hard to imagine that it can surpass bitcoin altogether. When we think of cryptocurrencies bitcoin is the first thing that strikes our mind rest are still altcoins. I think due to its valuable blockchain it will surely rise in value but beating bitcoin is still long way to go. 
in my opinion in the end of year eth will be 2500$ or more
too much of the value of eth today when you compare it and now it's worth the value of it and it's good to hold it because of the size of the potential higher eth price
The ethereum is a very promising coin. And at the moment this is one of the coins that can create competition Bitcoin. At the end of 18, this coin will pass a line of 2500 thousand dollars. Probably will reach and 3000 $.
It has been said that ethereum is the second Bit coin so won't it go more than that....

i believe Ethreum with smart contract will have a year of growth although some time in 2018 Eth's price can go down because of bad news

Who knows what will happen , I hope ETH price will reach $5000, it's about 5X to now , maybe a a little difficult .
I really like ethereum, I think he will be able to continue to rise and reach a new record. if we see the price ethereum continue to rise slowly but only one to my worries that is hard fork ETH.

My guess is it will continue to be around 50% - 60% of BTC Market share, if it hit's 75% or more than I'm suspecting either BTC had a major technical issue discovered, there was some stupid regulation that hit BTC directly or it'll be time to sell off a lot of ETH and wait for the crash and buy it back.
Right now ETH is my primary hold coin too, so while I'd love to see it sky rocket I don't think it'll hit more than those numbers.

I agree with you, I would be very surprised if ETH could pass 3000$ in 2018...nevertheless it would be a positive surprise for me
My only fear is that one of the many highly funded ERC20 based ICO could have some major trouble and somewhat compromise

I think it all depends on bitcoin. If not the problem will be solved with a transaction that capital can migrate to the Ethereum. Then the price can be any. But if bitcoin modernizarea we can see that the price of eth will gradually grow. I'm not sure what the price will be above $ 2000.
Is it going to be $10,000? I'm curious, just like I didn't believe bitcoin would reach $10,000, and now I expect it to reach $10,000. 
i dont think it will going to be > $10k this year.now ethereum network has alot congestion right now and tx fee become more expensive day by day.
