but there is a big fear regarding Ethereum these days. the fear that is caused by the upcoming hard fork that ETH must have otherwise it will no longer be useable because of the difficulty bomb.

and when the hard fork happens a large number of people involved with ether will go away. these were miners who have been supporting and mining it so far. they will go to the next best thing and the media will be filled with that replacing ETH for pump and dumping.

Me too just starting really... A friend told me about crypto last year and i only assembled a rig in May just before price exploded ... wish i spent that money on ETH at $10 in feb. But mining has opeded my eyes to the whole crypto world and are slowly learning and collecting coins now

I think this will definitely happen. We should invest ethereum in the long term because the market has many big partners and lots of whales and investors standing behind. It should be sure Ethereum will tend to increase in the future.

Yes, but as a major shift is about to happen, the price itself is under the risk of panic for the case something goes wrong. I mean, intended hard fork already doesn't sound good to me. And a difficulty bomb for miners is too cruel and strict, I guess. I hope everything goes as planned and then the price is likely to at least be stable. Not at once, though, because think of all the miners suddenly stopping. Looks like a catastrophic situation to me.

Lolz, they really can't stop it unless those huge investors stop dumping the hell out of it!
They want it to get more down and others start selling it back for them to buy back cheaper which may be the cause why the price is going back to hell. Else, just think that a coin which did 0.14, how come it got dumped all of a sudden to 0.07? BTW, don't forget one more fact that it is still 7x its original price of 0.01, still can't be said undervalued.

Thats why these guys should be supporting it, otherwise the whales will just keep the prices depressed and their bags will grow far slower and eventually will crumble by the profiteers destroying their ecosystem.

Ether will be on top because its useful. The more value it will have because more people are going to use the tokens like Edgeless. If I have to speculate its price, all I can say is just it will follow btc price. Its just a matter of time too.

Its really hard to predict the price of Ethereum, but it looks like its been pumping a little as it seems. One thing about it is that is a good backing specially the dev so its likely that the price can still go up. If this is a bubble, then we should all be worry because we all know that it going to be burst soon. If not, then definitely it wil remained as the 2nd crypto in terms of price next to bitcoin.
