Ethereum is centralized but it's not total scam. There are some parts OP is right but if that make Ethereum scam then we can say this to all altcoins. Just try to make some money with Ethereum, ride the waves.

ETH has been next to bitcoin since then , I do not see this as a scam coin as ETH is a very strong altcoin among the rest . By reading on your explanation for me it's normal that dev have their own ETH and won't surprised if it's big as that.
People that say Ethereum is a scam probably have FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) and at the same are forestalled by their lack of understanding and the (erroneous) conviction that they’re too late to join the game.

ethereum (ETH) is a very good coin the future of this coin is very bright, this coin so famous and already spread to shareholders I am sure this coin will never scam.
Well indeed this news has been a long time many people talk about ethereum and start to doubt it but I think it is only an assessment of some people who think Ethereum is a scam, but in fact Ethereum is currently a favorite of all investors and many use technology from ethereum with Ethereum erc20 system able to answer all the weaknesses of BItcoin, I then think that only ethereum is ready to replace BItcoin but it can not.
ETH Dev has less then 1 % of all coins. You should check it with etherscan
I dong realy think that etherium is a scam as we can see now etherium is a top 3 coins in coinmarketcap if you are considering in etherium price now is low but thats not mean that etherium is scam. Etherium and almost all of the altcoins reacted to bitcoin price so if bitcoin price drop usualy altcoins drop too.
Lol people just will not understand that ethereum is a scam its hurts when people learn they have been deceived. I guess that is why people still believe in evolution.if you have your reasons to believe a lie you will just keep on going
Ethereum is no way a scam. People would have found out long ago if it was. Eth is currently one of the top5 or even top3 cryptocurrencies today. Even though both are cryptocurrencies, it just doesn't work the same as bitcoin.
