Ethereum can not be a scam, because it is used throughout the crypto currency, and everyone knows the face of the developer. Imagine if this is a scam, what will happen to him

I think ethereum is not a scam it is also supported by the increasing number of smart contracts that also support ethereum. Ignore it if there is news that ethereum is a scam. I think it is just an issue and part of the FUD that is trying to destroy the ethereum.

Yup, it looks like Vitalik & Co are cashing out some of their 80% premined shitcoin.

This thread amuses me, the people that ignore or poorly attempt to refute this kind of information are like the little children that poke their fingers into their ears and scream 'La la la la la la I can't hear you', when you're saying something they simply don't "Like", in-spite of it's factual efficacy.

The average person has a 6th grade educational level, the average person in crypto probably a 2nd.

ETH is HEAVILY premined.

The Dev's blatantly put 12 million coins into a Genesis Block address for their 'personal use'.

An additional 60 million tokens were allegedly sold to 'anonymous' investors in the ICO. The oddities of that ICO sale however are the subject of debate. There was no linear mean average sales happening per day, thus  the majority of high-volume sales happened non linearly within the span of a few hours in random spikes, with the rest of the time no-one purchasing large amounts. Of course logically this points to a fraction of whale 'purchasers', which was either the Dev's themselves hoarding more coins, or institutional 'group-buys' to later pump&dump their premined shitcoin,. (Enterprise Alliance, anyone, derrrr?)

https://etherscan.io/stat/supply  - it's right in the blockchain newbs, ETH is 72,000,000 premined.

Here's another address of Vitalik pocketing another 12million premine coins for himself:

Yea, 'but muh devs need billions for da-world supa-puta, it not a ponzi'. If I had billions of dollars I would have built a spacestation on Mars. Vitalik gave you a ponzi scheme that's sole function is to launch more ERC20 ponzi's. What do you think happens when 8/10 of the coins are in only a few people's hands in such an illiquid market? Are you people really that stupid?

Enjoy poverty mETHheads.

I think if Ethereum is a scam there is no longer an ICO that uses Ethereum as a payment, so in my opinion Ethereum is not a scam.

In the entire two-year history of this concept, thieves have appropriated $ 100 million, stealing documentation (white paper) or using vagabonds and pictures of Internet users served as photographs of employees.

According to the ICORating report, ICO quality has deteriorated significantly, although the amount of money they collect is growing all the time. Quite the reverse happens with Ethereum quotes, which most entrepreneurs use as a platform to carry out their ICO. As investors lose confidence in this type of public offer, the entire cryptocurrency market also suffers.

A few years, many people could not recognize fraud in of the Ethereum platform. And now, the author of this topic managed to do it. It would be useful, first to study on what principles the Ponzi Pyramid system is based, and then to make such "loud" conclusions. Ethereum will survive us all.

Ethereum is the most popular altcoin in the world, and is also a currency that everyone has and always uses. People who say Ethereum is scam are really ignorant people, do not get investment advice from those people if possible Cheesy

For such a long time the platform erc 20 can already be considered this topic irrelevant, because eth is practically the Leader among all crypto, Except for Bitcoin.

The second Crypto currency in terms of capitalization and probably the first for coins based on its platform, simply can not be a scam. The popularity of Ethereum is high, but I'm sure that they will cope with the difficulties. They have gone very far in their success.

This is not a scam, how can ethereum be a scam? currently the price is ethereum but this is not a scam. sure, sooner or later the price will rise again. Up and down in Crypto is not something strange, do not panic with falling prices so you say this is a scam.

I do not agree with your opinion, since this token is quite promising, as many tokens are launched on its platform, so it has great prospects for development and a high level of capitalization.
yh exactly and one of BTC contenders is ETH and it's done great job these years

i don't think ETH is a scam, it was a nice initiative it's just that things aren't going well these days because people now a days like to mine rather than to by or invest, so if everyone is mining where is the value you can get a lot of tokens but has no value.

Why do you think it is a scam? ETH is a project with very good technology platform and current projects large and small are using technology for development of ETH
Yes, I know Eth is a coin with good quality and the price is almost bitcoin, so I don't agree that eth scam should be there, even stronger evidence if you want to say something so that it's not misinterpretation, I'm also an eth user and I feel not lied to here, it's best to make this thread think more about what was said first before posting it so as not to be mistaken. Embarrassed Cry.

I can completely rule out that Ethereum is a scam. It is a huge platform that has long been established in the market. Many projects have already been built on ETH. 90% of the current coins run on the Ethereum platform.

I am very worried about the fate of ethereum. This is indeed a very promising coin. I don't think this fall is the beginning of the end for ethereum. I hope that after a while he will recover. But I'm really, really scared of its volatility.
