This is predicted by traders and reliable investors will still last in a few weeks. After that, the price chart slowly starts to rise little by little. BTC dominance is reduced in last 5-7 days and ether also recovered little , it will be continued if btc price move little bit or stable . otherwise ether will break it this year lowest price of $380 also which will be bad for alts too . Many ICOs will also die in such case .

That is the price of ETH at around June and October of last year before it took off and go above 4 digits mark. So I don't think that it will fall that much though, its just another roadblock that we need to overcome, similar to what we are also seeing in the bitcoin market.
