if eth 400 price I suggest you to invest to eth now because it could be eth price will return to normal in next month. eth price is now decreasing and will return to normal if you can be patient to hold the eth.
it seems that it could happen if the cryptocurrency condition in the market today is still not good then the price of cryptocurrency could potentially fall to the price of $ 400 again even deeper so you should be able to take advantage of the moment when the price falls to buy and if you get stuck in the price expensive then hold up to the price back up.

Price assurance nobody knows. but based on logic is ethereum continue to grow and of course this is very good for us holders of ethereum Wouldn't be surprised if it went to 100 or even 50$ again. Perhaps before the good growth there will be another price drop to $ 400, but I doubt it.

Well yes and right now its seems that it could very easily break that $400 level again. The thing is market sentiment right now is very poor and it might be better off to wait for another month or so before investing.
Lets not forget that ether was trading at under 10$ for most of 2016. And while i dont think it could go that low again, it could very easily test 150$ or so especially if BTC goes back to 3k-4k levels.

ETH does not fall any more. Because a lot of projects depend on it. That's why ETH is a reliable port. If there are instant drops, it will win.
