There are too many people think about thereum will be back again $400 but crypto currency experts say that ethereum not back to again around $400 so you must hold your ethereum and it will be grow in a few months later so we should hold your ethorium for you better future and better profit.
I would probably short Ethereum, and have tried shorting other coins, and probably buy back once we see a bull market. If anyone is looking on how to short I found a tutorial on youtube:

Hodling eth also works wonders though. Especially now considering the dip.

It's a possibility that much likely isn't going to happen. They are just evaluation, like the one I'm writing right now, but we must consider that the last big drop was the result of several factors, FUD spreading from china's crypto ban, the start of the lunar year in China etc. It's a condition that we're not going to face anytime soon.

I doubt that Ethereum will dump at that low again. Unless there is a good reason why it will drop. If there is a big issue with Ethereum maybe I would agree. I think that 500$ will be strong barrier for ETH. So I hope it could be minimum price for ETH with current dump

If Bitcoin will drop to $4k, then Ethereum price will be even less then $400. Whole crypto market is dropping now, but I think it won't be long.
I can not imagine such a thing. Because for me it is really very strange to see such a strong drop in the market. I can not even figure out what this might be connected with, because so many thought and think now that serious growth is about to begin.
The huge price drop on Ethereum recently is really disheartening, I guess I will be stuck with all my Ethereum in my wallet for a very long time until a price recovery happens, but looking at the bad shape on the crypto-currencies trading market right now, I am not putting too much hope on it.

Well its possible to happen in crypto world especially with a market trend ongoing right now but its just still a rumors, speculations and predictions. If that happen soon, i will be glad and willing to buy ethereum at 400$ each, its more affordable to buy.
We just have to increase our patience on holding our coins this is just temporary because the government are trying to minimize the bitcoin which is the result of dip of the altcoins just wait another 1-2 months it will be back surely
In my opinion, in order to talk about the possible price of Ethereum, it is necessary to clearly understand what exactly has an impact on it. And since it is, in principle, nobody knows, we can only guess and hope for the expectations of the crowd.
Pretty confident ETH will make it to a $2000 coin by the end of the year.

Do not rely the market's faith to these rumours because most of these news are from speculations no technical analysis will prove it is going that low,if it does im sure it will recover faster than any coin in the market,we should be alert if thats happen so we wont lose a lot of money.
Probably its true, its normal in markets, going down and going up will always happen. Keep calm and don't panic, many new traders and investors will get panic when the price is crashes. there are two options, so sell them and got loss or wait until reach the bottom and then buy more to accumulate the value. Because it will bounce back.
Seems all alt coin going back to November price range, so we will not be surprised if we see ETH at $400 again. These are very hard time for crypto investor, specially if you invested during December or Jan, as most people will be in red zone. Some might panic and take the loss, and some might keep holding. Next few weeks will be very interesting..
Most likely, these are just rumors. which are not based on anything. In my opinion, there are no prerequisites for a possible drop in the ethereum to $ 400. Ethereum is one of the most reliable and promising coins among all types of crypto currency. If it has not fallen so low over the entire period of this last general fall of the crypto-currency market, then it is unlikely that this will happen to it. I think that on the contrary, ethereum will soon rise in price along with other crypto-currencies.
