Ethereum to overtake Bitcoin market value, i dont think so. But it would be nice to see an Altcoin overtake it.

I think there will be an ongoing improvements in bitcoin to resolve the problem with bitcoin right now. It is said to solve the problems with high fees and slow transactions.
Some people keep suggesting this is going to happen by I think its not going to happen by any chance. It is nearly impossible to happen. Ethereum is strong but it is not as recognized as bitcoin.
Yeah I agree with you, it's impossible to happen that ethereum can raise bitcoin because bitcoin is the number one in a world of crypto currency.
I think all of our answers here were just speculation. We can't surely know if that could happen knowing the movements of the coin in the market is unpredictable.
Hmm. That would take some time. The common problem of both cryptos is the rising transaction fees which is a major problem. If ethereum finds a way to solve this problem, then this could be a reality.
I think it can happen but it will be very far or it may take too long to happen, but i believe it can happen because of eth value at the moment

Not possible guys, sorry. This question is asked several times, it seems impossible to me. BTC has a great market cap, ETH also has a good value as well, but overtaking BTC in the near 5 year is not possible.

Hahaha, i don't think so,! BTC already rooted in cryptoworld, There's no way etherium surpass the value of bitcoins by year 2018. All types of coins will undergo bitcoins to convert into fiat currency, This things may put bitcoins to surge up until next generations to come..

ETH has a real possibility to close the price gap to BTC in 2018, but to completely overtake it would take a serious BTC crash and a powerful ETH pump simultaneously. I don't believe that can happen in the near future but in the long run, who knows?
That has so many meant, but if we are try to seeing the fact that the total transaction in the crypto has been hold by ethereum and then ethereum already surpassed the bitcoin on its massive adoption for the actual transaction or use. Basically erc20 gives a lot of impact to the ethereum. I assume that ETH will not overtake BTC in 2018. Ethereum is popular the same as btc but that is just it. Bitoin will still be the king and I only see some bitcoin imitations overtaking btc if they succeed on convincing that they are better than btc and Ethereum is really not on that list.
