This is definitely that Ethereum price will go up because of the next coming bull market. As, you know in the early life evolution of the Bitcoin and the concept of digital currency the Bitcoin price was too low and while the demand increase the price touched $1200 and again it was down to $10. So, now this phenomena also occurring for the Ethereum also. In the last bull in 2017 the ETH price goes to higher $3000. Due to the nature of volatile higher in the crypto market it is also affected and while in this 2019 it has predicted that bull will come so the ETH price must go higher than the previous top.
