What do you have proof supporting your words? Etherwallet works in standard mode and no problems. Information about hacking from the developers Etherwallet not been reported.

It's a false warning unless you post a link here that verify your information, but I will take heed of this warning and will not login today and will just check, mywallet through ethplorer ot etherscan, myetherwallet has become one of the most targetted sites.
If it's true that the Etherwallet wallet has been hacked, then this is not the first time. Even a lot of phishing sites out there are trying to trap users and search for their private keys and then steal everything in our wallets. MEW site is never been hacked. If ever then maybe all Ethereum and other erc20 token holders or even 60% of crypto users will get discourage using it. Try to re-check back the site that you are visiting for sure it is phishing site that is impersonating the Myetherwallet site. The legit one is https://www.myetherwallet.com/ ,bookmark it so you wont fall victim again.

Probably stole your private key using phishing. It is impossible to hack MEW, it is only possible to steal the private key.
Be careful, you might be accessing a fake website.

So far I have not heard of hacking happening, but many scams are circulating. And that makes a lot of people feel disappointed and worried about the future of crypto. Crimes have sprung up in some cases, it sucks!
