As bitcoin is going through rough ride along with other altcoins but ethreum is turning out to be more stable platform for investment and also new ICO's are based on ethreum. Do you think Ethreum will dethrone bitcoin from 1st rank of crypto this year?
I think in the following years we may find the price of eth will be quite high but it will be long time away for eth to take the place of the btc.

I think bitcoin will still be the king of all coins.If you think it can happen because all investors move to the ethereum it takes a long time and it is impossible.
For now, Ethereum can called the Queen of crypto while Bitcoin retains the title of the king! Any changes to Ethereum's status depend upon what some of its competitors can do to challenge it in the future.
in my opinion in the world of crypto there is only one king yes that bitcoin in my opinion there will be no new king or king substitute ethereum stay well below bitcoin
In my view, for the first rank, Ethereum takes a long time, given the unstoppable bitcoin price, but the Ethereum opportunity for the future is enormous by looking at the now very stable Ethereum. But we will see what the future looks like and we do not know what will happen in the future as well. But I hope the future of ETH is bright.
To become the king of crypto, Ethereum needs to replace Bitcoin. And that is not going to happen anytime soon. My advice would be to cement its no.2 position, as it is under fierce attack from some of the newer coins such as Cardano, IOTA, IOS, and NEM.
I think while Etherium has its own smart contract rivals, the position of the King Bitcoin is not easy to defeat by any means at least in the next 10 years, especially when there are many big players behind bitcoin.
etherium is indeed no doubt, reserved its potency and stability in developing markets, which make it more popular, especially among the many ICO involving etherium therein. Additionally, the etherium has a good view. but to shift the bitcoin I think quite hard. because the bitcoin is already like a King who has certain privileges.

I'm almost sure of it. I think that the ethereum is a much more useful coin.In the next few years, I think bitcoin and ethereum will be equalized by capitalization.

I believe it is very unlikely for Ethereum to overthrow Bitcoin this year. Though, it is true that more and more projects are based on ETH, but still the growth of it is not even close to Bitcoin capitalization and BTC value on the market will only go up.
The concept of the etherium looks much more interesting, since it was originally created not for speculative purposes and not with a claim to replace conventional money, but as a tool for block-building, for crowdfunding, co-investment and other interesting projects. Ethereum is my favorite cryptocurrency, it has a team of exceptional level and has a huge margin of growth, but it seems to me very difficult that already this year it manages to overcome Bitcoin. BTC has a great popularity and I think it will remain for a few years the king of cryptocurrencies, but I'm sure that ETH will give us great satisfaction anyway
