Thank you I have received my Lebra NL SIM card, this seller is trusted he has sent it from nerthland to my country in Algeria without any problem, it has taken 21 days to arrive to my address, and also he is kind and cool with his clients and acts as it is your friend and know since a long term ago

21 days is a long time to wait. From NL > Algeria, it should take 5 - 8 working days usually.
Due to pandemic, the actual delivery time has become a bit unpredictable with post.
Mostly the SIM should arrive on time, but an additional delay is possible.

This is for EU though.
About the Amazon Locker, they might not accept non-Amazon packages.
I'd rather recommend to look at the carrier's options in your country instead for pickup / re-routing.
