Yes you can receive other currencies too, but it will automatically be converted into the currency that has your card.
Yes you will also receive the credentials to operate your account online (works just like a bank account but the difference is, you DO NOT have to register any of your details, this is what makes it anon)

The only possible option i know for this would be that these are Payoneer Mastercards opened with fraudent details.
