I am very impatient to wait for the Champions League to start, I want to see Real Madrid after staying Zidan and Ronaldo are still superior and able to penetrate the top of the party

Hello everyone, since you all enjoy football and I'm pretty sure a lot of you enjoy sports betting as well, I would like to inform you that we are running a Free Betting Competition, with over $2000 in prizes!

Some might remember our previous editions when we were sponsored by directbet.eu. I know Wendigo, the owner of this thread, was a participant in those editions, and I know a lot of you where as well.

We now have a new sponsor, BetKing.io, so I hope you join us again in this amazing competition.

For more information please go to our:

Hey there mate how is it going? I hope all is well with you Smiley Yeah I have very fond memories of Directbet and it's a shame they decided to shut down. Their odds weren't the best and the available selection of games was lacking, but the possibility to play without registering and the automatic settling of bets were awesome. Also, Directbet pioneered the forum betting competitions and paved the way for many more from other crypto sportsbooks.
I wish you luck in managing the new one and I am sure you will do great.
Regards.

The Champions League for the current year will be more interesting because of Ronaldo's move to Juventus and everyone is looking forward to whether Ronaldo will bring change to Juventus especially in the Champions League and it will be very exciting if Juventus can meet Real Madrid in this year's final.

Late bets today, so yes, I haven't learned any parlay lessons. Qarabag disappointed me last time around but I'm going to try and get them to pad up a 2-game Ajax/Celtic parlay @4.48
Really, damn me. Fourth parlay in a row lost on a draw, this time Celtic and Rosenberg's toothless performances. I know Celtic were already 3-1 up from the first leg, but thought they'd want to at least nullify the away goal. Wonder if I should sit out tonight's Europa games. Or make back everything on a parlay. Hmm.

Hello buwaytress, we are not missing a sponsor. BetKing.io is our new sponsor, and like I said we have over $2000 in prizes, that will be paid by them. There is no registration fee, so you just need to register in our thread if you want (link in the post you've quoted), follow the rules of the Competition, and you are ready to go!

Hi Frue, I know. That's what I meant. You guys have a sponsor and that attracts gamblers. I opened a free content, for real cash, no requirements to do anything except share their bets at their favourite Bitcoin bookie. And that didn't do well. Makes me wonder what interests people really.

Celtic's really not the strong team I used to watch but they're still champions, same can be said of Ajax. Be nice to see either one plus Qarabag come into the CL group stages.

So it seems competitions still need a sponsor to attract any interest. I did a free one with no deposit needed and only 2 guys came in. Haha. Let's see how my next contest fares.

I think tonight we have a new world Guinness regarding the penalties given against a team in a single match in Uefa Champions League qualification games. The game it was Fk Qarabag vs Fk Kukesi and it ended 3-0 in favour of Qarabag.

The referee of this game gave three penalties against Kukesi. I didn't see the game but I saw the result on Flashscore and thought to post here.

I was watching the game of Spartak Trnava also my main tip of the day for them to qualify and I think the game has been fixed regarding the number of corners at least or I have huge doubts about that. Why do I say so ? Because in the first half when both teams were 11/11 until minute 37 before Legia got a red card, both teams barely made 3 corners. I saw in the second half that Trnava players started giving out corners intentionally and because of that I wish they could be eliminated from the tournament, no matter my tip of the day. This behavior is untolerable in a soccer game. And yet they say fixed games do not exist, yeah and I am Snowhite.
Yeah, there was some fixed games in early rounds of UEFA competitions, but fixing number of corners? Wow, it's strange conspiracy theory. Usually clubs from small leagues are involved in match fixing and choose to fix winner of game, unders/overs, winning margin, number of yellow cards, but not number of corners.
Anyway, elimination of Legia by Spartak Trnava was one of the biggest surprises in this qualification so far.
Today 9 more games will be played.

Anyway, one of my least ambitious parlays today to try and make it up for lost games: 2 home sides FC Sheriff and Hapoel Beer Sheva to get victories in Champs League qualification @3.36: https://www.bitcoinrush.io/sportsbook/ShareBet?id=Zm0%2FckEcOjXq0cW0L0qIsunLVeX8FgIpjgOFLdHDx4A%3D
Bloody hell, draws for both, and the away teams progressed. I haven't won a single preseason bet. All those precious Bitcoin down the drain haha.

^  Don't know.  I just want my football pure that has that element of human factor in it.  Other team sports just feels 'artificial' somehow if that makes any sense.

And I hate the fact that VAR stops the game  longer than it has to be.  I want my football flowing and free of stoppages as much as possible.
It makes sense to me. I would feel so pissed playing and waiting for more than 1 minute. I already get so titchy when game stops for unreasonable events (injuries are the only things I tolerate waiting for as a player). I already hate time wasting, simulation, overly planned set pieces... I'd probably lose my head at VAR.

Today I see we have only a few selection of Champions League games and so far I am watching Hapoel Beer Sheva. They never have failed to lose a game at home in Champions League preliminary stages and the first half ended 2-0. It is a very interesting game as Dinamo Zagreb don't play good on the road and the first leg ended 5-0 in favour of Dinamo Zagreb.

Betting live on over 3.5 goals seems a good option. I almost always bet only in live games because I consider to have better chances to win the bet.

Well, you did well, again. What were the odds for 3.5 goals live? I should really learn my lesson about parlays!

Really? Fixing the number of corner kicks?! Wow this is the first time I have heard about something like this  Shocked It's certainly possible though... By the way has anyone watched the Sheriff Tiraspol - Shkendija  match? Sheriff Tiraspol were the big favourite and a lot of people had money on them qualifying for the next round and I have heard comments that they had sold the match. I guess it's probably just bitter bettors spewing nonsense but you never know. Honestly some of these early qualifying rounds of Champions League and Europa League have always been sketchy to me. I think clubs from weaker leagues could make more money by selling their games instead of clawing their way to the group stage which is quite the impossible task for some of them.

Ok...  Thinking about it some more, I think VAR 'could' be good for tourney or KO football where the closest of decisions will be very crucial like the CL (except the group stages), the domestic cup games, the WC, etc...  (You get the point).  But for league football, no way.  I like my football to stay as pure as much as possible thanks very much.
Previously I was against systems like VAR, but recently I changed my mind and I think it's really needed. It's just sucks to see teams robbed by blind referees. And in major national leagues we can see big referee mistakes in almost every match week. Maybe in UCL situation isn't that bad because only best referees are working there, but they still make mistakes.
We have video replays in all major sports - basketball, tennis, ice hockey, rugby and others - why football is so special?

But VAR already exist in Italian league  now will be in Spain  England Var is in use in very weak Polish league. Referee is not able to see everything  VAR is helping to take correct decision. So why not VAR in UEFA games

I think we still have the human factor with the VAR, sure, it's not "pure" but it's still there. Look at the WC, some refs saw clearly an infraction with the VAR (both the main ref and the VAR), yet they did nothing...so they still make mistakes even after watching the slow motion replay.

And I hate the fact that VAR stops the game  longer than it has to be.  I want my football flowing and free of stoppages as much as possible.
Again, look at the added time in the WC games where the VAR was used, most of them got 5 min or 6 min of added time, not bad if you ask me.

Yep stopping the game for prolonged periods of time sucks. That's why I can't stand NFL for example where they play uninterrupted for like 1 minute and then it's advertisement time for like 15 minutes lol. I am a big fan of ice hockey and at least the VAR pauses in the NHL are shorter so it's bearable. I am curious to see how VAR will pan out in the leading European football leagues and if FIFA are going to drop it if it turns out unpopular and people hate it. I think I might watch some soccer game from the MLS just to see how it feels to have it in a league match. But if it ends up having like 10 minutes extra time every single league match due to multiple VAR reviews during the game I guess people will get bored quickly and lose interest in the novelty of the system. I for one wouldn't like to watch that much extra time all season long Grin

Basketball, Hockey use the effective time of playing. Volleyball, Tennis - need certain points to be reached to finish the game. Some teams in football with not so good technical players rely on corners and fouls to make a goalscoring opportunities. That's why a foul in the center of the pitch may became a long cross into the box with center backs going in it and the referee can't enforce them to play it fast.
