Hello!

Does anyone know if there is a possibility to withdraw money from the ATM? If it is, what is the one-time limit of it?
I have 60 Bitcoins (~35.000 Euro), would love to try out this ATM.
Do you think this is possible?

Thank you.

There was a lot of confusion on this initially. When I researched the ATM launches in December I found exactly 1 article about the Slovakian ATM and it mentioned it being a "temporary location". That's why the Helsinki ATM was mentioned as the first permanent installation. I run the Helsinki ATM by the way.

What I find interesting is the low margin. I don't know how they are going to run the machine with a 1% fee, even 3% is low to me. The Helsinki ATM runs with a 5% fee which I think is generous. First of all it's the only way of buying bitcoins instantly, and second there are fees involved with running it. We pay a monthly rent for the premium location and there are also money handling costs, all of that is outsourced to a professional company of course. It would be insane to handle the cash yourself.

Well if they run it for charity they might achieve 1% and perhaps with high volume hope to break even.

Slovakia will acquire another huge investment project. The Central European Park for Innovative Technologies or CEPIT will be the largest Technological Park in the region. Michal Groch went to the unofficial presentation of CEPIT to find out more.

Amazing!

I had never thought Slovakia could become a leader in anything, but when so many western countries seem to be paralyzed, there are opportunities that Slovakia could seize. I've never been there but I guess I should. I know car manufacturers have built very large factories in Slovakia, recently, there's got to be a reason...

they would lose out to arbitrage

"Downtown" Bratislava, lol! Bratislava is basically a village...

It's actually quite a large city and is the capital of the country - not exactly a village  Smiley

Have you been there? Smiley

It's a capital that feels like a smaller town, even for European conditions. Some parts of it are pretty though.

I have yes - perhaps smallish town is a suitable description - I live in a 'village' and there is nothing here  Grin

Oh, I didn't know you where living in a REAL village...  Cheesy
