Been away for a couple of days extremely busy with a few projects in my pocket, just wanted to pop up and say thanks to you for letting me know your opinion.

The domain itself is not that special, I guess it's worth around $10 at most.
If you have the time then it's better to develop something, and that eventually will make the domain value go up quite a bit.
