I started to gamble at a young age of 15 but since I am not allowed to enter those traditional casinos back then I go those those under ground casinos where it is not regulated by the local government but, they have everything there from slot machines, poker tables and roulettes. Reason why I was kicked out is because I had an argument with another young slot machine player, I was on queue to use the slot machine but little that I know, an adult is looking at the young guy play for him and he filed a complaint against me in the admin office. Never went back to that hole again as I was so afraid that I thought I bumped into a syndicate that handles minors to gamble in under ground casinos.
This happened to me in an indirect way, as a friend of mine lost his cool after a very bad losing streak and for some reason one of the casino employees kind of rubbed this in his face...and hell broke lose almost got into a fist fight but lucky for everyone each side had peace makers and we were asked to leave in the name of peace and could continue later on. My friend was a regular and they knew he was a loose cannon in such lol
Kindly share your experience if you ever being faced situation where either you where not allowed to enter the casinos due to either improper attire, age verification issue etc. Also anytime till now have you being removed from the casinos? It could be due to any of reasons e.g - Misbehaving or fighting, getting high and creating ruckus, caught cheating etc.

Yes i have been kicked out or removed from the casino because i started yelling inside the casino and it cause a fight inside the casino because i kept losing from my game and yelling other people who bothers me. After that i keep thinking that i should control my temper when i lose in gambling. When I was very young, I couldn't control my emotions. Opponents play I always mock me playing my emotions, and finally I am out of control again and make a fuss there, the result I was driven from the casino. After I learned it turned out that it was a way for players to damage my concentration, so I messed up so they could win the game.
I stopped playing at some online Cassinos because of some internal issues, or no probabily fair whatsoever.
Other times were just enough of it and wanted some break.

This would exists everywhere I think because the owners are still running their businesses because they are able to make money and they cannot do charity by giving the advantage to the players so they have less probability to winning and owners have the maximum.
Some casino can give a free giveaway or bonus to attract more people to play on their casino though. For me, i never get removed from casino, maybe because i always losing that's why the casino is happy and not removed me from the casino lol.
As long as you don't do something stupid and keep losing money to them then you won't be removed in a casino. Even those players who are just sitting in the premises eventhough not playing are allowed to stay as long as they are not sleeping or making any untoward incidents to playing patrons. Heck, they can even get as much drink as they can and stay on the floor wandering around. Lol.
Or just simply follow Casino rules and you'll end up fine.
Had this being the case then nobody would have got removed it is due to not following the rule either purposely or unknowing or at that movement people get hyper and forget the rest and do what they like lands up them in trouble and then they are moved away from he casinos.

Casinos love winners and don't mind you winning their money as long as you continue to patronize them.
Obviously, it would affect the reputation of such a casino if you have a winning streak and they get to bounce you because they do not want to pay you. I will sue their asses. 
They know if you win and you are still a regular patron, you will definitely at some point give them their money back, so why won't they love to have you back? Like you said, I really do not see the need why anyone would be removed from a casino unless they were caught cheating or doing some things against the rule of the casino.I had seen some people actually come their to chit chat with friends or make new buddies and have some beverages and it is like a coffee shop for them and will hang around with friends. May be once a while they will gamble and have the best of the time for them self.
Oh in fact, I am one of those. I have never actually gambled that much before except just few times, but most of the time I always enjoy the craziness in casinos, how people tend to want to create some luck for themselves out of nothing, some focusing on the game like their life depends on it, and different category of people. Sometimes it can be fun when you really are not gambling, and you are just being part of the spectators. Try it one time! Lol, even I don't know there are rules that require wearing decent clothes or maybe it has been set to visit a casino, because I personally have never visited a place like that, I just play gambling or casino at online only. If the regulation is indeed very strict, maybe you have entered the cosino wrongly, and I think there are still many casinos that have freedom in it, but with records not allowed to make trouble, I think that is a more acceptable and feasible rule.
It's quite easy to figure out why. Casinos are where rich people (and those who are pretend-rich) socialize with other rich people. Seeing someone in flip-flops might disturb the casino's mood. Plus, who goes to a casino in flip-flops? People wear shoes even when they are just going to buy a grocery and most people are always wearing shoes. The only time you wear flip-flops is at home especially in the bathroom. The guard was probably confused about how OP made it to the casino looking like that. Plus, someone who's not even able to afford shoes (since he's not wearing a pair) would probably have not much amount of money to bet anyway. Only thing with those who are on a winning streak and going out of the casino after hitting a jackpot, they get killed or the money gets stolen from them by the same people that he won it from. It's no-brainer if there's a group of people who are paid to just casually hang out in the casino and just do subtle signals to send a message saying "This guy just hit the jackpot." Then the guy will be followed outside the casino. It has to be a substantial amount tho before that will happen since criminals wouldn't risk getting caught just for a couple thousand bucks. Lol, even I don't know there are rules that require wearing decent clothes or maybe it has been set to visit a casino, because I personally have never visited a place like that, I just play gambling or casino at online only. I agree with you, it’s just normal to play in a casino, unless you’re under aged too. Not just the being a nuisance or committing a crime, that’s also a factor. In a view of a casino, more players, more money to come in. And winners definitely want to continue playing.

Never went to a place that requires money that has an elegant ambiance. Someone that will misbehave on these places is out of his mind. Casino isn't a place to flame your anger or put someone into shame. Their rules are strict but they will still show some elegance of not throwing someone if it doesn't ruin their business.
Yes that is the reason they have strict rules because this type of people will come and the environment gets disturb due to which they even have bouncers so that they can show them the way and the people can place their bets and enjoy by spending money in those casinos rather than moving away from that place.
I've seen some drunk customers removed before at a casino. It caused quite a scene and these 2 guys wouldn't stop talking trash to everyone and constantly swearing. I do most of my gambling online anyways so it's not like this is a frequent occurence for me.

Oh yeah, mostly, its foreigners who played and get drunk and created a scene. Casino's security step up and to tossed the two. They are swearing on everyone who looks at them and there are some locals who wanted to smack those guys. hahaha. Security and the Police step in and I don't know what would happen if those 2 keeps on bad mouthing everyone there in the casino.
But on the other hand, I saw one foreigners who got drunk and play on a roullete and he is very lucky that they and he has is very willing to give some of this winnings.

If by any means you did something to harm the Company and not the opposite like "you're simply betting the proper way and got away with it"
