What is the information for based on? It seems like this is Based on zero fact. Where do you get the information and how are you making your Assertions ?  Not everything is a scam. Many people are earning good from pre-sales and ICO etc.

Well I hope it isn't a scam, cause it's the investors that will suffer, I don't really care about SPARTA.

Even if it is not a scam you still took all precautionary steps to ensure you can scam without having to face consequences for your actions. Why would you mention such things anyway in your Whitepaper? You can see that there are plenty of ICO's that don't take these precautionary steps to ensure they aren't harassed by financial or legal institutions. You didn't even explain the most improtant thing and that's the escrow service, so you basically founded a company to deal with the escrow of two other companies you founded? Sorry but if anyone does that you should stop reading and leave, you can tell me all the fairy tales of fortune but that's speculation and an escrow founded by you to deal with the transaction between two other companies you also founded, that's a fact not a fortune fairytale.. altough it might be to you...
I just think your whitepaper smells of fish and there wasn't any salmon.

On another note actually on topic in regards to what you write here. It isn't about that you haven't started your pre-sale or ICO yet. Thank the lucky stars you haven't cause by then it would be too late. And yeah there are tons of scams going on in this envoirment so it IS ACCEPTABLE for people to accuse you, people are warned and can then check the facts again for themselves. You didn't explain anything here you just started a tantrum, why don't you explain your escrow service? Why not hire a real escrow service independent from your company's, set some real terms for them to release funds and ask THEM to announce those terms.

Heck you can even check here on bitcointalk, plenty of escrow services with a good reputation.

From your pov, saying that this is all for rea.l I get the but atleast hire an escrow service that's independent and doesnt have a disclaimer on their site they are specially founded for sparta, that they are inrecongizable from sparta and publish the terms because as far as I know you haven't really done that. I get aswell that you did that in regards to legal issues but why not just hire a real escrow service, if you'd taken the time to actually be transparent instead of saying you are then you might have a great fund raiser and the costs of an escrow would be arbitrary.

You are asking people with pre-sales and ICO's to put faith in you. You say it yourself in your whitepaper its about money not; we tried but we failed, but atleast we tried.
If you turn out to scam, regardless of if you are one or not. Its the people here that suffer and you can go browse the forums there are plenty of cases where money is hacked, stolen or scammed. And it sucks. So go the extra mile, cause if you can make a reality of your words, you will be glad you did it.

The way you try to promote you startup is terribly wrong and you make it look like a scam. I believe just for this your ICO will fail.

Wrong section.
the accusation was in the wrong section,
this is a discussion about the fact that people quickly call tokens and coins names ...

Still, wrong section.
Posting in wrong section won't bring any good vibes to your project.
GL anyway

Click bait indeed and don't get too offended if people call your project names; maybe there is a reason why you were called such. Hire a much organized and widely known campaign manager here if you want people to believe and invest in your project, maybe it'll work rather than posting like these here. Just saying though and stating the obvious.

I'm sorry but there's a few things that i would say flag you, not as a 'scam' coin but as a negative preference.

First of all, you say even if the coin drops to 1 cent you'd get products and services valued at a 1$, who's valuing it? because if you are i can sell shit and value it at 10$ a piece

second, your token distribution sucks. you're going to take 60% of the coins and offer 40% in the token sale? and you want to sell 300M of your coin at 0.005 eth each, so you value 40% of your company at 450M dollars?  really?

If any ICO project claims that their token has value or will go up in value, then they are in serious risk of being deemed a security by regulators.  If this happens, then everyone loses, including the buyers of the tokens.

Exactly, that is what people do not take in consideration,
It would be very easy and better for us to tell our buyers, hey this token represent a share in the company!!!

But then we will have every financial regulator on our back, and the token will be really with no value.

Wrong section.
Probably the commercial of Sparta coin wasn't in the right place for that, but the main idea of scam coins is correct and based in the right section.
There are many weak projects as Fckcoin or another like that indeed. I count it's a problem of all bitcoin community and society in general, cause of such project ruin the ecosystem of crypto-currencies and make people think that every project is scam and bitcoin is in the top of it. That's very sad. But we can't do a think about that. Such projects will appear more and more often with the one target - to get as more money as it's possible and that's it. I suppose Chinese government decided to ban ICOs exactly cause of this problem.

I find it strange that if your token drops to 0.01 dollar on the market you will still get 1.00 $ worth of Product. This just doesn't make and sense. Please explain...

the token within the network is considered like paid credits, like a gift card you buy for someone to spend in a specific shop.
or a coupon, that removes a certain amount of money from your purchase,
or even a phone recharging card.

the ecosystem will conserve the value of the token within the ecosystem, and we expect to grow the ecosystem to hundreds of online shops in addition to the offer by the 300 startups -ps: startups will take some time to be developed all-
