How to go through the phase of amorousness in Crypto Business? Week 3

I'm sharing with you the events of the last week. And I am not done! It was devoted to the developing an idea, data concentration and analytical effort. The current stage is quite monotonous, but at the same times the most significant. At this precise point in time the foundation of the project's future is creating: it will solve the problems of customers or presently will become a problem for its creator. A poorly worked out conception, lack of benefit and non-relevant product will destroy any king of efforts in future. Why, if it isn't the biggest responsibility under conditions of limited visibility! There are uncertainty and risk, but it still to be very interesting.
I dedicated the past week to the Data Marketplace exploration: I read several studies about the Big Data market; consulted with my friend (data scientist); identified competitors; found out the information about the reasons behind data sales. The principal result of all that: I had even more desire to create this marketplace! When at the end of the week I realized how enormous the Big Data sales market is I was so glad that I wanted to shout for joy and get the word out! I can say for sure: I became a little happier when I realized that I could create a useful product and develop the data sales market.
In this part of the text, I will furnish the detailed information. Probably, most readers do not understand why anyone deals in data sales? And what is a volume of this market? According to American investigations, the potential of data sales market in 2022 will be about $250 billion, and by 2030 more than a trillion! From year to year, the amount of information produced by peoplekind and devices is growing with a vengeance.
So, who sells this information? They are:
- Licensed companies
- Companies that want to have additional earnings
- People (personal information, activity information)
It is purchased by data-driven organizations (those who make decisions based on the data), instead of intuition, as it done by organizations of the old type. Nowadays there are a lot of parameters and components in business. And each parameter is estimated, amenable to processing. The future has arrived!
According to researches, in the years to come there will be a gap between those organizations that use artificial intelligence and all the rest of it. Artificial intelligence will raise the income and pare losses, and will also create an inaccessible distance for competitioners. The gap between successful and losers will become even greater! This information is useful not only for the project development, it indicates in which way the economy is moving.
Now let's talk about this blog. It serves two functions. This is both invaluable information for reader and the tool that will help me to find those who want to run the project collectively.

Choosing business area for launching project on the blockchain (Data Markteplace). Week # 2.

Disclaimer: I am not PRO as a lot of people on that forum, but i try to do my best. I believe i can study in process and do it really good.

I am setting up a company on the blockchain and the main event of the past week is the rejection of the idea that was laid as a basis initially. The first half of the week I was developing the White Paper. The ideas, as well as the project’s functionality were described. I started working on Tokenomics.
The very notion was to give user a possibility to keep a journal on the service and control his way to the goals by the means of this service. He would receive service tokens for regular work on the journal.
Why have I given up on this idea?
- Projects aimed at prospective technologies are required in the crypto community. Target setting is not enough to inspire the right number of people
- Applications for target setting have low demand even without blockchain, to that end it is enough to have a look at the AppStore’s statistics
The whole next day was spent working through the new idea.
This is going to be a decentralized, uncensored marketplace connected with data sales.
Information is the core value in many businesses, but information is difficult to buy. Oftentimes it is not clear where or how can it be done.
The scope of the purchased data is extensively variable.
By way of example — a food delivery application can provide data to the new restaurant with statistics on, let’s say, selling burgers. This impersonalized statistics will show the experience of other restaurants — which burger is more popular and at what price, what else is included in check except for burger; at what time it is better to add one more cook to the kitchen and so on.
What about finding a use for marketing experts? Do you want to know which settings of an advertising company give the best result? But the main clients are companies and corporations.

What happened this week?
- There were changes in the team
- Straight after posting on Telegram I received a letter from technical specialist. We got acquainted and decided to project together
- I had talked to by another technical specialist who develops his product. He offered to work on his project on half-and-half basis. I took a time-out, because my personal project has the highest priority
- I hired a translator and started keeping a blog in English. I have the proficient knowledge to translate the text into English without exterior help. But this would look like “Russian” English. I want the reader to receive a fine content. I was not satisfied with work performance of the first translator, that’s why I will hire a new specialist for this post.
- I posted my blog on vc, medium, reddit and twitter
- On the site vc.ru I put an ad at the sum of 70 USD; as a result I received 400 views and 11 followers. The results are not much cop, but there is a visible feedback
- On Telegram, I put an ad at the sum of 800 USD in the crypto channel https://t.me/Coin_Post; this is the main fail of the week. I received just 230 followers
- I changed the project name from Twins to EVIS. Briefly and laconically
- The work in study the legal aspect of project start-up was carried out
Financial statement:
800 USD for advertising on Telegram. The result is 230 followers
80 USD for advertising on vc.ru. 400 views
This week’s investments happened to be ineffective.
Plan for the new week:
1. Conduct a detail analysis of data marketplaces, highlight strengths and weaknesses
2. Make a draft describing proprietary product
3. Start working on White Paper. I estimated that writing the full version will take 3–6 weeks.
4. Create several more accounts through social media platforms. More media outreach is better.

In this blog every week I will publish reports about launching new project.

Technologies based on blockchain came to our life not so long ago but they have fit in existing world structure very quickly. I wonder how easily decentralization began to fit in business and politics. A common person can’t understand how it works and what value new technologies have.
Many people think that blockchain is not more than economic bubble. They would like to grab their piece of profit they heard about in mass media.

The fact is that blockchain is not about money, it is a technology.
Money bring speculations, and there are a lot of other speculative markets.
I have been fond of crypto currency since 2014. First, I was a long term investor, then I was a reviewer of blockchain projects and now I am a founder of my own product.

During half of the year I had been developing different business ideas. They changed each other dynamically: the deeper I was interested in this sphere the better I understood the opportunities it gives.
Collecting information bit by bit I understood that the valuable information has limited access and it can’t be found in the internet. There are no sources that could tell in detail how to launch international blockchain project. Thousands of articles about how to open up a cafe are published every year but not so much articles about how to create a project using blockchain. Of course, I have read hundreds of articles about the projects but when I started to work on my own project I had a lot if questions without any answer.

That’s why I decided to keep a blog that will become an instruction of ‘how to launch your own blockchain project’.
I will create two projects.

The first one is called EVIS. It has quite simple functionality. Its task is to concentrate not on the technology but on all the difficulties that teams can face with on their way of realization. The idea of this project is to motivate users for self development, rewarding them with tokens.

The second project is called DAXI. It will analyze transactions in the net of cryptoassets. With the help of algorithmic calculations and historical on-chain patterns to give a result, in the medium term the asset tends to become more expensive or less.
You will get a lot of knowledge about each step of launching the project. After that I am going to set up a company that will promote some other blockchain projects.

I will have to do the following for the project EVIS in the nearest 3 months:
- to form a team
- to write White Paper and tokenomics
- to describe MVP version
- to do business and financial plan
- to search and work with advisors
- to create MVP
- to solve legal issues
- to provide security
- to launch token at launchpool
- listing on the exchange
- expansion of functional of product
- promotion of the project

I didn’t define the framework of my own investments into the project in advance as it is not clear yet what I will have to deal with. I suppose that in the nearest future the most noticeable expenses will be salary for the team, work with advisors, registration of the company and marketing.
In the next my publication I will tell about what was done, what tasks I had and how much it cost.
