most of the ico said that multiple account is not acceptable if you do that and the bounty manager found out that you are using alt account expect 100% you will be ban on that campaign immediately or you will be ban the ittire forum. so dont plan to do that.

Don't be so greedy. There are plenty bounties you can join, if you see good project let others to join it too.If you get caught your account will be marked as scammer. You can use your alt account to enroll different bounties but don't even think about joining the same bounty with all your accounts.
If possible, but - out of the fact that it's risky - you won't have any real benefit, with the new rules.
