Does this method involve buying giftcards from sites such as Cryptovoucher.io or P2P trading? Cause that's about all that i can think of..?
If this is really legit, i'd be willing to give you 10 quid, but only if you provided more info, such as the rates on this exchange, what countries/currencies/types of accounts they accept. (Although i highly doubt you actually found something worthwhile..)
Without that, this just looks like a poor scam attempt, and no one here is going to give you 10$.

Account needs to be verified with the exchange, the exchange is popular one and currencies they accept is USD, EUR, RUB and more with lots of other cryptocurrencies such as BTC, XRP, TRX, ETH etc.
