I don't understand a lot of what you're saying either. People don't get banned for posting one ref link. The posts are just deleted or threads are trashcanned.

what you means signup again? I never leave campagne and have signature.and spam?I never write 100post, average 20-30 in week, its not spam.
Sign up to the campaign again, but if you make poor quality posts again you likely wont be paid anyway. As I already explained, you were removed from the campaign for not being active in two weeks as per the rules stated in the op. You don't have to do 100 posts to magically become a spammer. You spammed 30 mostly poor quality posts as quick as you could just to get payment. What were you banned for the two weeks for?

and in terms I not see requirement how often I must make post, only min 20 in period.
