Your website seems to take so long to download. I tried visiting it and all I see are those spinning dots for over 5 minutes. Do you happen to geo-block certain locations?

Secondly, my suggestion is that you alert the users who registered on your platform via email about the new changes and also increase the time frame to at least a month. 2 weeks is surely a short period of time for everyone who might be having money there to get notified, let a lone see the announcement here on Bitcointalk.

Also display a small temporary banner on your website about the new changes for your visitors.
