Like what kind of stability are we talking about here? Crypto market is the most unpredictable that I know. Even the experts could not rely on their own analysis.

I think cryptocurrencies will maintain their stable performance and take a slice of other assets such as equities, bonds, legal tender and other precious metals. Investors can make a bold attempt to do this, and lasted several years.

after a hot conversation, digital money made by Satoshi Nakamoto this year until early this year recorded a very wild and unexpected price movements. in the near future, BITCOIN can create enormous "PROFITS AND LOSSES". we as a market player or an investor very much expect price stability.
what do you think?

You think the current loss is not enough for us to stop the trades and expect for better spikes in the prices. Im sure this dip and the two day before's dip is enough for this wildest movements. I think its time to move on for BITCOIN and all the crypto currencies in the market. This digital money is not moving unless and until we see some good and virtually real developments in the world of crypto currency. If there are not much developments in the blockchain itself then we can not do about it anything. Artificial pump might happen but that is too just for the sake of big investors and according to their will. The prices stability for the bitcoin is already getting very disturbed with external and internal factors of the market. It could be local to international political stress that can affect the price stability. Nothing can be done against such forces.

If you will study and learn more about cryptocurrency could know the characteristics and nature of it. It is digital currency which is the price changed rapidly ,so i don't think it will become stable. And the investors and traders do a lot of profit and losses because of being volatile of each currency. If it become stable i think no one will invest in crypto because they can't make more profit.

There has never been price stability in crypto, this is the most volatile market by nature and I don't expect this will happen anytime soon. On the contrary, we shall keep seeing large swings. You should know that if you are in crypto.

Remember when Wall Street said they would "tame this beat" and people almost immediately saw Bitcoin price became much more stable than before? Well, I guess that didn't last!

Stability of price is impossible for a decentralized currency but stability of value is an assurance for legit coin projects. When stability of value is said it means the coin or token or any digital currency will always have an value even if it drops tremendously. In my own opinion a stable price of any currency should last for a long time not just weeks or months like what is happening to crypto currencies.

Don't be so optimistic, we are far away from seeing stable prices.
This market will remain unstable for years.
And if you are a real investor or trader, you have to pray each day to see prices going up and down every minute.

No doubt last weekend was disastrous for BTC it dropped to $7697 on Friday
Undoubtedly, last weekend was a disaster for the BTC because of falling prices

I always get a smile on my face when people are talking about Bitcoin dropping to "only" this number and that number. I would suggest trying to look at bitcoin in a longer time frame than the last 30-days. We have ups and downs, but the trend is obvious for anyone that is looking for it. HODL seems to be the safest, most consistent way to stake your claim the profits being snagged. I wouldn't consider it disastrous, I would consider it a great time to buy some more coin.

Why do we need a stable market?
We earn more when the market is unstable.

We need a stable market if we ever want bitcoin to be taken seriously as a currency instead of just a trading/investment opportunity. I'm assuming this is the goal of most people here, although I came presume to know your motivations; would you prefer if bitcoin never becomes stable?

The possibility to earn more is only possible if you are privy to when the market is going to make movement and when it is going to happen as well; not everybody is keen to that knowledge, believe it or not.

The bitcoin market most not be stable for profit and losses to occur. The fluctuations are what leads to the gains etc.

However, I understand in another way what OP is trying to come up with, I think he is not thinking a total stable market or stagnant market but a more reduced volatility.

I'm feeling a little mislead by the title, because in no way do you imply, conclude or explain how there will be price stability. I was looking forward to some evidence to refute, at least Wink

In all seriousness though, there cannot be any expectation of reasonable volatility until at least all of the coin generation has taken place. This certainly will not be the end of price volatility, but the current dynamic nature of our coin supply is of course going to cause at least minimal volatility. Then, of course as more people get involved and adopt bitcoin there is going to fluctuations from that as well. This is not even to mention the volatility from simple use-cases being developed or acknowledged and market manipulation. The list goes on and on; I would not expect any sort of price stability for many years to come. For now, enjoy the ride upwards and onward.

The price of cryptocurrency will never become stable, its highly volatile and this is how we make good money through ups and down. The price will go up in the long run but it needs some corrections before it soar high. Price stability is just a pure speculation so don’t expect about it, expect more ups and downs in the road.

I personally think we are in for a wild rollercoaster ride over the next few years as Alts with good devs and product will be right on BTC behind this will keep everything on edge and we are going to see some ATH mixed in with some major drops hop on and enjoy the ride.

Price stability will only be possible if the marker cap is way way higher. Right now it is too easy for whales to manipulate the price. If the market cap becomes a few trilions of dollar it is surely goana be more stable.

Undoubtedly, last weekend was a disaster for the BTC because of falling prices and is now slowly starting to rise which means it has advanced towards stability. BTC changed the price several times up and down and hopefully BTC will continue to be stable so that many investors go to BTC Wink
It's a disaster only in the eyes of newbies and kids like you , bitcoin had price fluctuations since the beginning and for several times so if you felt surprised and shocked by this crash let me tell you that this is going to happen again and again for long time , you feel happy when the price grows up but don't be upset when it goes down , this is a fact that you have to learn and this is never going to get stability .

Cryptos are not made to have a stable market I think, volatility is what makes cryptos extra special and making it stable will lose the interest of people to hold it and maybe support it. I Don't think time will come that cryptos will going ti have a fix and stable price it will remain unpredictable and keeps fluctuating from time to time.

I don't know why you do expect for stability? Knowing that this crypto market wont really ever be stable since we do able to see on how volatile it is and such movements is being caused simply by supply and demand thing between investors or to those people who do involve on it. Id rather believe that if market of crypto would stabilize then it wont really be profitable anymore to the people that did decide to jump in because of volatility. Price movement = Money and that's we are aiming for.

No doubt last weekend was disastrous for BTC it dropped to $7697 on Friday and today it also reached to $9,370 which means that it has set forward towards stability.BTC is very volatile several times ups and down is common in its nature. Now a days its experiencing dip, mean to say that more and more money is going out due to which supply is increasing and demand is low,its now correction phase, again time is coming when situation will be vice verse.According to renowned economist and Crypto analysis 2018 would prove another stellar year for 2018 development.BTC is a resilient currency that will go up after dip.Things after getting worse obtain improvements afterwards.

Stability will come automatically once the market cap increases massively. And for that, we need regulation. Unless exchanges get regulated and governments explicitly express that they will not ban cryptocurrencies, people will start investing en masse, and that is when the crypto markets will finally stabilize.
