I never pay attention to figures mentioned by people to happen within a certain time frame. The only thing I do pay attention to, purely because I'm curious, are certain semi-plausible events that could potentially cause the market to increase again. In the last weeks I have repeatedly seen tax season be the main subject of discussion, where even more high level individuals have stated that it will translate into an increase once we have left that date behind us. If we look at the charts last year, the price did actually start to increase around April 17th, which gives things a tad bit more credibility.
