Sorry but there are liars, cheats and thieves in ALL part of the world.  That is not something you are going to eliminate completely.

I suggest giving the information to the US authorities and the authorities where you live - they may or may not pursue it.  I doubt that these people are actually in USA.  Just take it as a lesson learned and move on.

In this discussion, no patriotic American citizen though.
This company is based in your country. As a result, confidence in your country.
Anyway now At least, it can eliminate the fraud out of the system.

To trust in digital money system. They are making the financial system collapse.

Are you US citizens? If not no chance I think, but im not lawer. So anyway what that guys did ? They moved date of delivery (((( " Limited quantity (35 units in first Batch). Shipping date: May 25, 2014 .  " Remember !!! Wire transfer is very difficult stop or return after long time ago. When you pay Visa or paypall, you have some protection from fraud. If you live in US  try to explain your problem in local branch  bank and go to police station .

It is certainly smelling worse and worse.

So I contacted these guys by email the week before they are supposed to be shipping and I tell them that I plann to fly down on Friday to view and buy a unit.  I know the website says shipping the following week but surely to God they have one unit fully ready to go by that time or are all the units magically going to be completed that weekend.  I got a snotty response saying that "Don't you know that the date of 1st batch in 12-15 of May, 2014?" and that all units were sold.  I responded in a professional manner and then William said by email that the only possibility from the first batch would be if someone "doesn't complete payment" - I did not think that was an option based on what I saw of the check out process on the website ... strange story.

So I contacted William by email mid last week to see if anyone did not complete their order.  Apparently, they had 2 X1's and 1 X6.  So I told him that I would take an X1 and would be down in two days to get it and if worked as promised, I would be buying the other units.  I asked him for hotel suggestions etc.  He responded saying that he required full payment and would not hold one for me - even for two days.  I offered a small deposit and then he said that he now had someone interested who was going to take all three units with full payment.  I wrote back saying that I was able to move the appointment that I had and could be down the next day and he said the 3 units were now sold.  I get the definately feeling that I called his bluff and he did not want me down there.  I was kind of looking forward to a little mini vacation in Texas  Sad

These guys are supreme A-holes - even if they have a product to sell ... which I seriously doubt.  One of the things I respect from other manufactures is that many of them are responding on these forums and are at least making an attempt to appear legit by showing pictures and test results.  I guess I am still shopping.

For what it's worth...
I live in the States and I also emailed to see what the deal is.
I told them about my intensions to purchase from them and got the same email response others are describing here.
I asked if they would either Escrow the full Bitcoin payment or take 50% via Bank Transfer and I'll personally come pick up the unit at their "supposed" Waco TX location, and pay the other 50% COD.
Got the response "We only take full payments and everybody else has paid us in full, via Bitcoin".
I dug into the legality of the LLC company filing, which is registered in Florida... by a lady in Michigan...who used a company in Las Vegas, NV to help register the LLC in FL. And there are NO such business license registered in the state of Texas for Bitcoinminers or the LLC name!!
Now... the address for the Waco, TX location does not show up as a "valid" United States Postal Mail address.
Did a Google drive by (pics taken 2014) and I didn't see anything resembling a legit warehouse. I was going to call any of the businesses in the same are to verify, but haven't had time to do such, since my earlier findings are good enough not to pursue this company!
To anyone reading this....
DO NOT SEND THESE GUYS ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless they can prove other wise!!!

This has SCAM written all over this  Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked Shocked

Buyer Beware!!!!

I guess we only have a couple days to wait to see if they actually deliver.  I sure hope someone will post to let us all know.  If they do turn our legit, I wonder when the next "batch" of production will be?

Their website doesn't work for me more often than it does work - not a good sign.  Shocked

I Secured the last LX-6 miner and my investers was readying to pay the 29k wire transfer. It fell on me to figure out if this place is legit or scammers or what. First off the name of this company is Bitcoin Constuction. The owner tried to open a Business a few months ago in florida and was denied for Fraud For  Fictitious Name. The persons Name is Denise Olaguer she lives in 145 Seeman Drive Encinitas, CA 92024. She or HE then successfully created Bitcoin construction in Cal. Then somehow they Used Waco Texas and Created a website that looks good. They Even have a Decent phone Answering system. Now here is the Jist I called there line 15 times in two days at different times morning noon and 3pm on all 3 of there lines! NO ANSWER! I got ahold of the same guy as mentioned Earlier in a Email. He said Everyone is too busy trying to fulfill Orders to Answer the phone.. Yea bull$hit. There 0 info online on anyone buying anything yet they sell every Major Bitcoin item or Box. They Even say they have some things in stock from butterfly labs that butterfly labs HAS NOT EVEN SHIPPED YET!! The wire transfer info Matched the same city in Cal and the Ficticious owners Address. They also had a UK account they were offering 3% discount on! FRAUD!! they say they have a respresenative there.
I finally told them I represented a wealthy invester and was willing to purchase a large amount but I had to talk to someone in billing. I got a response of someone will call you.. I received a call from 999-999-2121 someone with a heavey Accent said he was from Bitminers in Sales. He said he was some made up name. I asked him how he spelled it and he took the last name which he pronounced as a A he told me was a O when I asked him to spelled it. I asked if he worked in Sales he said yes he was the only one. YET THE GUY ON THE EMAIL SAID HE WAS IN SALES!! he said he is to busy working to answer the phone because of the may shipment. Then I heard a fucking Bird in the background chirping. The birds you keep in cages as pets AT HOME. Chirp chirp chirp..
Then I asked where he was From. He said " Im FROM WAACKOO TEXAS. LOLOL not Waco WAAAKKKOOO. I said I have to Tour the facility if were going to buy several hundred thousand dollars in equipment. He said NO WAY never.
I then stressed do you have any idea what your saying im willing to purchase most of your next shipment I must verify assets. There was a long pause then he hung up. All in all this is either a few people Trying to start a business with no CAPITOL TRYING TO CON SOMEONE INTO WIRING THEM SOMETHING. They then take the money and try and build a Scrypt miner in 6 months..but no its one or two Scammers setting up a Very Cute very Clever SCAM TO GET A FEW DUMB PEOPLE TO WIRE THERE LIFE SAVING TO THEM AND THEN THEY LAUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE UK. were talking half a million in wire transfers that all they have to do is get a VERY FEW TO SEND THEM MONEY!! PLEASE STAY AWAY. Should I call the Fbi and report this?Huh? anyone?

Pure SCAMMERS.

Why would you say that?

Because I have talked with them. I asked them if they can prove that they really have those products, and I said to them that I'm ready to provide bank guarantee or whatever they want that I have the money to buy 10 x Litecoin LTM-X1 200MH (total price is $67,700) or 2 x Litecoin LTM-X6 1200MH (total price $59,540). I wanted to arrange meeting in England (I live in Bulgaria), to test the products and then to pay them. Do you know what they answered me? That they don't have to prove anything to me and that they have "high demand and enough orders from costumers over the world". According to their offer, they have "limited quantity" of 35 x Litecoin LTM-X1 200MH. I was ready to buy 30% of their first batch, and I was ready to wait untill 12-15 May. Does their answer (We do not have to prove anything to you) sounds serious in your opinion? Or their claim that they have "enough orders"? If they have "high demand", those 35 pieces are nothing and they will sell it in 1-2 days. My words were something like "There are many ways to prove you that I have the money to pay what I have ordered. What is your way to prove me that you really have those ASICs?". That's why I think they are SCAMMERS.

Sorry for my english.

Thanks for your info. Their response is highly suspicious and very likely they don't have the ASICs.
Btw, no worries, I can understand your post without any problem.

Right I can understand why you would think they might be scammers. They have been selling Bitcoin contracts for sometime. I'm sure if they were not paying out Bitcoins from those contracts, then at least one of those customers would have put something on the internet, but I cannot find anything negative. I guess more time will tell. Thanks

We are talking about SCRYPT asic's. Think about something else... Companies like MAT (Mining ASICs Technologies) and KnCMiner have announced their miners months ago, but they will release them Q2/Q3. You should know that I have checked them IN PERSON. Suddenly, a company is popping with domain updated last month and claiming like: "Hey, you can have miner with 5-6 more power, which is just 3 times more expensive than our competition. And guess what?! You can have it in 2-3 weeks!!!". Here's my response to them:
Prove me that you really have working Litecoin LTM-X6 with 1200MH power and 3 year warranty, and I will buy 2 pieces at the price of $40,000 each (original price is $29,770)!
