I am getting all mails and i am able to trade in it.. But sometimes getting errors 502... Is this because of increase in website traffic?
I cant login to coinsmarkets, getting 501 & 521 errors all the time, any idea ?

i have the same problem since 6 days and i get no answer from the support... they wanna scam some People or just overload? i don`t know. i hope i will get back access to my account in the near future...
Pathetic exchange. Site goes down consistently. Somehow managed to sell an altcoin after repeated tries. Very high fees compared to all other exchanges but still unable to withdraw.

Most of coins POS seems N/A (Enabled :NO ). Why is that ? Are they working or not ?
I can't even create an account on the website... Whenever I try to register it says - "Wrong Captcha" but it never shows me a captcha? wtf?
Honestly they've had issues with ddos and everything else it seems. The site is completely unusable at the moment. The servers are taxed hard core. Trying to load the page brings me back to like dial-up days. Trading is practically worthless considering you have to wait 10 mins just for the page to load and by that time your sale and buy is gone. That's if it loads, maybe you have to wait half an hour before you see the page from refreshing it 20 times otherwise you get a 502 service denial and your price could fluctuate by .5 or more sats during that time. Garbage. I doubt any transfer is going to last, even work and i wouldn't even try it right now. Not in a scam way, but in a "these servers can't keep up with an html load let alone 250 wallets" way.
Edit: Fucking god damn piece of shit website just fucking lost me out of a 10 dollar profit trade. FIX YOUR SHIT coinsmarkets. Are you trying to run a server at home or something? You should make enough off fees to rent a few good vps with failover mode?

You have to create it i think? There should be a button or text.
I think it also asked me to create one before I was able to send coins out, tho that was not immediately clear.
Anyway, as for the email problem. It wont help, but maybe its just certain email providers?! That would explain why some do get the emails.
Maybe just certain email providers but anyhow they have to fix it! i have some coins in my wallet which value is nearly 1000$. not really funny...
Anybody knows how to contact the Support by an other way as the contact form on their Website??

Yes the fee is so absurd same with cryptopia the only difference is cryptopia have a better UI and BTC withdrawal always arrives on time. its not suggested for small volume trading.
If we do compare cryptopia to coinsmarket then I would say it doesn't have any chance to topia just comparing them in UI/UX then cryptopia is far way more better compared to this one. Regarding on legitimacy I did able to make trades here back in the past when I tend to sell out my bitcoinstake get from airdrops and luckily able to cashout. Back to fees cryptopia did really made some adjustments which it isn't really good for small volume trading.I don't trust exchanges with ugly UI and even that I do also have bitcoinstakes, I did not attempt to sell it there.
It has a low volumes and just checking the recent comments, it seems like my instincts are true.
Awesome exchange. I have been on the exchange for sometime. So far I haven't faced any problem with them. They are trustworthy.

Second support call logged and still nothing....
Coinsmarket is looking like a scam exchange to me now. Debs have also tried to sort out my issues on my behalf and have not gotten a response.
Stay away from coinsmarket for now!

Looks like LTC withdrawals are messed up. hold off for now...

Have you checked your spam folder in inbox? I have no problems with receiving mails. But, I had a problem today after my ISP changed my public IP (DHCP lease renew after 24 hours) ... In order to get to login screen with new IP, i needed first to click on logout (probably to clear cookie), but clicking logout was just returning me to the same screen. Only solution was either to completely delete local browser cache or to try to login with other browser - i choose to try to login with other browser, got my ip whitelist mail and then loged on without any problems ...
