I can say you must take all of your consideration from that one, The project looks shady in my mind. It looks scammy. The dev took away the money and make the ico price gets destructed.
I'm investing in a handful of ICOs and this is one I'm avoiding.

Exscudo seemed to have very lofty goals and I wasn't too confident in their ability to execute.

I have seen and make sure that this exscudo project is very legit, because their project looks very qualified, I suggest if you want to invest better you buy exscudo, because I believe the price of exscudo will be high if entering the market.
I always saw excudo in the forum but I just dont know where can I find the link for me to find out what it is really their ico All about. I just saw it wore by the other members heres while their psoting in the thread. Send me the link of excudo thanks.

I think they do not scam especially they use valid profile data from each of their teams
