Hi,

I already got back my passport and registered a Binance account, what failed 3  times.
If I want to cash out I need to use P2P sell BTC function?
I saw some sellers but with bad rates and there comments like 3th party payer.
I dont want to be involved in any suspicious transactions, any idea how to transact safe?

I'm not saying wag mong gawing, I'm just suggesting it's risky, hope you'll think twice.

I definitely agree with your statement.

Kapag may mga transactions na ganito kataas ang halaga, it is better to rely on exchanges than to meet face-to-face with the buyer. Gaya nga ng sabi nila, it is better to be safe than sorry- kaya better to sell your BTCs on exchanges. If you are planning to withdraw that amount naman, better din kung paunti-unti yung pag withdraw kasi may history din si coins.ph (if ito yung exchange na pinili mo) na mag flag ng mga accounts due to high withdrawals.

Prove yourself by creating a signed message on your Bitcoin address. Otherwise, we are wasting our time here.
Sinabi na yan sa taas ni SFR  but mukhang hindi na interesado si OP kasi nanahimik na at hindi na sumagot dito more than month na nakalipas.

Nakakatakot lang makipag meet up and dealing kasi di natin kilala tong tao maraming scenario na pwedeng isipin since i eexpose mo ang personality mo In real to think na target na din ang mga crypto holders now ng ibang ibang masasamang elemento.

OP sana nakahanap ka ng ka transaction mo but i doubt na merong mag ririsk.

In addition to those, I think you can even work with being a basic verified [doesn't require any document] user on that platform:

OP won't be able to use the P2P feature of Binance unless complying with advanced verification. That's was the prerequisite.

Another way can be, and OP looks like staying here in the PH for long as he also understands Tagalog, he can deposit the crypto on a trusted friend's or relatives account that can comply with KYC.

Can you sign a message or messages to prove you have that much in your possession?

This makes sense. So if ever there's someone who wants to help OP, there's a reference that's it true and we are not just wasting time here.

I'm not saying something could happen to him, but I honestly would not suggest doing this face to face transaction now that crypto is already very popular in the Philippines and the risk is getting scam or rob is higher too.

If let's say OP will transact to Fonseca, no need to face to face.

OP can make payment first by batches or full as the guy is trusted.

Try to Contact Mr. Emerson Fonseca of Nem Philippines on his Facebook account.

Maybe he can accommodate you. If I remember correctly, I saw him before, way back several months I guess, doing P2P transactions. No need to do meetups. You can send the payment first. He is a trusted and reputable person in the local crypto community.

I know this guy too, back in the day, he is very active in our group chat and I think he can be trusted, however, that's 1 million pesos of money, he needs to ensure that everything will be safe, not only the money but his life as well. I'm not saying something could happen to him, but I honestly would not suggest doing this face to face transaction now that crypto is already very popular in the Philippines and the risk is getting scam or rob is higher too.

I have Monero/Bitcoins, and want to sell through face 2 face transaction in cash.
We can meet in a Bank and we can start with a small transaction to establish trust. I can sell up to 1,000,000 PHP.
Can you sign a message or messages to prove you have that much in your possession?

I dont have Passport for the following 6 months. Seems I need to wait.
I'm not a Binance user but based on my observation, for those that would prefer to go through the intermediate verification process [higher limits], normally they'd get another option for using other government IDs [apart from passport].
- I remember someone created a thread about using Binance from a different country and IIRC, some of the users mentioned they didn't encounter any problem [not sure if they were from the US or not] but regardless of that, contact their support before doing it.

  • In addition to those, I think you can even work with being a basic verified [doesn't require any document] user on that platform:
    • Daily withdrawal limit of 0.06BTC = Roughly 140k PHP
    • 1M / 140k = 7.14 days [time it takes to withdraw everything]

Its the fraud company localbitcoins com

I am foreigner and my passport is at the immigration for 6 months, for applying work visa.

I see that's it, I didn't even think of it.  Anyway, I won't ask why your LBC account was locked and you even lost 2BTC there because I haven't tried to use that platform yet so I also have no idea how to get around there.  If you want to buy/sell Bitcoins, just use your passport for KYC of Binance P2P trading ... Good luck, I hope you will be vigilant and be careful in your next transactions in the future.

What exchange side you suggest. Before I used LBC, but they locked my account without naming a reason and have stolen me 2 BTC.
I used to do face 2 face transactions all time before the Lockdown, but now all people I know either went home or went to the province.
If you read @harizen's reply to you before you replied to us one by one that you should just put it together in one post, that's also what I would suggest to you as a top exchanger.  Anyway, based on your responses, it is not clear to us if you are also a Filipino or you are just here in the Philippines and your nationality is different?  Is the LBC you are referring to the express courier and money remittance service company?

Well, thats understandable, nobody force you to make a big transaction at once, we can split it into small portions, like 50k.

I already understand your concerns.

LOL how you can be put in a white van if  you are in the bank or shopping center.
If you are afraid we can trade 50k, first.

What exchange?

You should get your third dose, just to be safe.

- Create a Binance Account. It's free and will take up just a few minutes.
- Comply with KYC to be eligible in Binance P2P. The process will also take few minutes.
- Link your bank account. Your name in Binance should be the same name you will use when linking bank accounts.

Done. You can now transact there as much as you want without dealing in Face to Face transactions.

Much safe, convenient, and less hassle.

I dont have Passport for the following 6 months. Seems I need to wait.

Very risky from the part of the buyer, the fact na nakita ka ng in person may chances na masundan talaga.
