As per rules posts on the first page, you can get payment even if you posted just for 1 day. However the payment day is stated on the first page as well.

I know for a fact that Coins.ph multiple address but I don't think that coinbase do the same thing. Anyways if so, you can just transfer your fund to myetherwallet, that way you can manage your own private key.
Anyway, to make it more legit for other. Please ask an escrow here to handle the money.

I think his telling the truth about the coinbase that has many account, I have tried to open my account on coinbase and it seems that It really do have multiple account like coins.ph which they control the primary key.
