Hmm.. it's not down for me. When I visit isup.me it say Facebook is down. However.. downforeveryoneorjustme say it is not - http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.facebook.com/ . Weird?

Instagram is owned by Facebook, so it'd be logical to host them by the same service.
