Don't know about that.But yes Facebook now revised the ads system so any ico as not be baned.So many people think Facebook don't open any crypto in my opinion.but there is some blockchain project I think .Lets see what comes next.But if Facebook takes any decisions that will be Big for this crypto world.

I do not think so at least at this point of time. Facebook just recently banned any ads relating to cryptocurrencies. And now it will launch its own cryptocurrency. it will be contradictory. The news source maybe wrong friend. But one thing is sure that many countries or firms are realizing the importance and relevance of cryptocurrency.
Each big company is allowed to run its' own cryptocurrency. The second question is what they need it for. I dont see the necessarity in token for Facebook. What they can use it for?
