There is one big fact about crypto that's above all other facts, bitcoin and altcoins can't be banned physically Grin
Either U.S ban crypto or not it won't hurt at all
Not 100% true but you have a point there mate. What I'm trying to say is that accepting cryptocurrency and banning cryptocurrency in U.S. is a great factor. If U.S. accepts cryptocurrency then the people of U.S might get interested in cryptocurrency and brings massive adoption on their side while if U.S. bans cryptocurrency then thats a bad impact on U.S people, massive adoption will be very slow if they ban cryptocurrency.
This is true, given the law-abiding majority of citizens of this country, as well as the fact that the main negative actions from the government of this country can negatively affect the market. They can temporarily cause to fall the crypto market, as there are many BTC and altcoin holders.

no country can control altcoin. Many countries do not accept the use of altcoin as a means of payment. This creates market instability. But these currencies make money laundering and terrorism operations more powerful.

Crypto haven't a physical form so banning it would be irrelevant literally.Have you seen on how China do ban crypto? They made impact but didnt able to completely shut down
the market.

If US ban crypto then so be it but citizens who are crypto/bitcoin lovers will surely find a way and getting rid of such transactions cant really be stop as long theres internet there would be always a passage.
They will always try to search another way to use crypto, remember a few years ago china has announced the ban for crypto and then majority of miners and users of crypto from china has already found a way to use crypto again, the code can't be prevented.

bitcoin or cryptocurrency has become an important part of the world economy today, I think no country in the world is able to limit crypto, unless the country restricts the internet network, and if they limit the internet network then the country will experience setbacks, because we know that 70% of jobs in the world today, use internet networks.

you are not right. Altcoins can be banned and destroyed if someone wants it. Altcoins are centralized and you can come to their creator and ask him to close the project

I wonder if they can still withdraw their funds by going to under countries and going back to their country without getting questoined by their government. But still, they are very unlucky that something like cryptocurrency gets banned on their country since cryptos are very profitable especially when a coin is volatile.

I don't think so, if big countries will ban crypto, the rest will follow.
And, even if we can still transact using crypto but the ecosystem will not grow, or has no more potential, people will be afraid to use it as they will be breaking the law and they will face the consequences. We need to be realistic here, we need their approval for crypto to grow and it can serve its purpose.

how can you have such an option, do you have proof or links that can be justified? I am asking this because all that is in this forum is not misunderstood in responding to this. it is good news given along with a link that shows the news.

The US can control the exchanges on the US, also they will probably ask for proof of transactions if you want to cash out. And if you bought a token/coin that's against US regulations being a US citizen you could probably have problems too.

Thing is a big part of crypto is trading, and going from fiat to crypto and crypto to fiat, and they can definitely control that.

A government is always conservative and it wouldn't want to change the way it runs. This has been seen in the history.
A mass moment is what needs to make government fall in line with the demand of time. The government needs some pressure to make a change, not necessarily a protest. Facebook's announcement of Libra is an effective start of the mass moment.

Physically it doesn't exist, so it can't be banned, but they also won't increase by making a ban on crypto and countries that legalize crypto will not experience poverty, because those who understand crypto will definitely always like it.

But you have to remember that altcoins like ETH has one central figure that is Vitalik Buterin.

And similar to what US government is doing to Libra, requiring the top honchos for a congressional hearing, I wouldn't be surprised if one day we will hear someone like the stature of Vitalik being 'force' by other government body to appear and be question as well.

This is true and it would hunt the governments every time they think of banning crypto. An outright ban would be beneficial for adoption and advertisement of crypto. Though they may make it difficult to cashout crypto in fiat but if people started accepting crypto for goods and services, there's nothing they can do.

The citizens of a country or state can ban crypto. It can't be ban worldwild, the law can be upheld only in such state territory. Hence bitcoin can be banned though out the world.

Yeah right, they can ban it but it's just applicable to their country or any state that specifically wants to ban it. But other than that, it depends on the nearby countries and states if they would want to follow the ban that they had implemented.

And in fact more countries now support crypto. That means there is no need to worry about that, even though the US forbids crypto. At least we can still develop with technology and blockchain and over time, of course, each country does not want to miss every moment.

One country is missing their brain about crypto: France! They tax 60% on crypto benefits... France world champion about taxes!
