It seems there is no significant improvement on your traffic since you launch the promotional cash game month ago. As I can see there are only few players who are active there, I'm familiar with those names as I have played with him few times. What is your plan now? Still not interested to make tournament games type?
Actually i want to play in this casino to testing poker room but currently there was no players available at there and no upcoming tournaments too even i had seen their telegram group channel and seems not many people make conversation to talking about related to poker however i'm waiting too to see free tournaments and looking forward to further update

No offenses to the on going promotion but why you dont try freeroll or tournamemt with the free 300bits where users will use it as a buy in for the tournament and the prizepool will be based on the total registered players multiply by 300bits plus maybe some additional prize from your pocket. I believe it will be more attractive than ring games.
In order to create the world's first provably fair poker room we developed brand new software from scratch. As of this stage, we have not finished the development of tournament mode software. For now, we only support No-Limit Hold'em cash games.

I think that with just the freeroll, any promotion gets up, because people like that emotion very much, together with the adrenaline that is produced. There are some platforms that are actually highly respected, such as freebitco.in, stake.com, some strategies of these great should apply, because the important thing is to have people playing 24 hours and give bonuses, maybe a rain of cryptos would help the community .

But if you have enough budget to run the campaign why not staying on it? Just doing it for a week will not make any progressive changes anyway, even for me which is pretty active for some time but never catch his campaign. It is just matter of time actually and budget, but if OP does not havr any budget for marketing program, I doubt that it is going to work then. Since poker games has less attraction, they should put more effort on their marketing

This is not something that your site need to offer or not to offer but the purpose for the campaign besides of giving the benefits for players, it lets people to know better about the site. It is one of the marketing strategy to gain more members. Even if the site does not have something special, people will play on their site of they are comfort with it. Irrespective of the game I do think that campaign or any other streams of advertising should be prioritised. Marketing is very important and if that is not done properly no matter how good of a game you have people won't know about it and that puts your team & the entire operation in danger. This is why proper marketing management is necessary

I have said many times to most sites that has just started their signature campaign to not rely on it to give good effect. Signature campaign or any advertising strategies is just a way for any sites to make people aware about the site, they need something to make people who are aware about the site to stay on the site. This is the missing thing here, but seems that the owner does not really aware of what they need to make people stay and play.
Marketing isnt really effective anytime which we are all trying to say here.Its completely useless if people didnt able to enjoy it out.

They had already done signature campaign for a week then completely stopped.Why? The site didnt have an appealing graphics plus having no free roll or other promotions and stuff

Its not about the quality. If anything, the graphics of this site give off a retro vibe which looks stunning.
