Well, I would just point out that Satoshi really didn't seem to have all that much of a hand in the creation of Ethereum, so we'll never know. 
That said, I can almost appreciate this post. At least the guy is honest that it is a pyramid scheme. Instead of some excuse about "trading bots", "arbitrage", and "mining" that other ponzis say they do.
Regardless though, this really does seem like it belongs in the gambling section, as opposed to here.

If you don't see the program, you can't see what he's doing. But odds are good, he's just sitting on top, and will do that each time the system resets.

Yeah sure, I also have invested. But SmartContract started at a defined block, so everybody was able to invest. Even in front of my investment.

He gains money by sitting on top of the pyramid so everyone who joins after him gets to contribute a small percentage to him. My take in this is, enjoy it while it lasts because in the end it will all collapse like a deck of cards. Is this what Satoshi really wanted 
And no, I dont get any percentage if somebody joins. Look at the code, everybody gets 0.5% per day fixed. Not depend on how much join or leave
How does the company generate revenue without fees?
We don't have any running costs, so we don't need running fees. Program is running on Ethereum and website is hosted on free Github.

Would like to ask the same question and also why would use the word ponzi? We or most people do know on whats ponzi what about and its senseless or dum thing for you to make or use such word if you are trying to seek up investors. This is indeed a gambling site and been wondering if you dont hold up the funds how you would able to get profits? Lots of questions in mind but yet questions been asked above still unanswered. How can I get started using your app? Is this only on a testnet?
Its already running live on the Ethereum blockchain.Best wallet to use is Metamask plugin: https://metamask.io/
Then you make a transaction with the amount you want to invest to Contract address (0x398bf07971475a020831d9c5e2ac24ff393b9862).
