Sorry my friend. They were never a legit mining equipment store. Turns out they are just a bunch of scammers as you will have already witnessed reading through this thread.
Good luck trying to get them to court though i think chances are slim given that you don't have personal details about the criminal behind the scam.

The miners never come and no refund.

I am definitely worried. PROMINER is a SCAM website and I have all the proofs, dates, order numbers, and transactions.
On February 14 I made a purchase of 4 page miners around $ 7,196.00 using bitcoins which due to the current crisis of COVID-19 decided to cancel the order due to the delay, they only ignore my messages, but I am sure that I am going to look for them and take them to court for theft and fraud in one way or another.
They just take their money and leave.

Now that you have availed the Tx ID, that's good.
However, what i want to know is whether it's possible to report their whole profile in trust pilot whilst including all the details of people who have been scammed or this thread so that their trust pilot profile can completely be deleted because trust me, those scammers will try to fight back by reporting your reviews since they have lots of accounts.

Im sure I wasnt the only one scammed regarding to few recent hidden reviews on their trustpilot page. I put there the review yesterday and they already reported it and hide it from the public cause Im the competitor LOL....really? competitor? f*ck you prominerUK, I hope you go to Jail for your cyber criminal activities and robbing people!

Word of advice, don't even think of considering using their website. They are pure scammers and he have seen quite a number of victims so far

Never believe reviews from trust pilot. They seem to be so easy to fake. I have never used that platform before but if it's possible. I think you should report their fraud to the trust pilot team so that they can remove the scammer's profile from their platform.

@Ladi777, whew, that's rough. i had been looking at the site for days now since i start to search for asic miner. that sites indeed seems suspicious. since they claim that they are working directly with bitmain and other asic manufacturer, am sending query on bitmain support asking for this promineruk.com. Waiting for their reply.

I emailed to the Coinbase support with the request for my TxID, so once I get it, I will post it here if thats safe. Thanks for helping me out with the issue.
 

@Ladi777:  Please understand, I'm trying to help you.

Firstly, without a TxID there is no proof of payment. If Coinbase didn't provide you with a TxID then I suggest you contact their support. I don't use online wallets because they are not secure, but ANY reputable wallet should provide you with a TxID automatically.

Secondly, you've also paid for 24 months hosting - meaning you won't see it for at least 2 years anyway, then they might ship it to you - but in all honesty I doubt they'll be around in 2 months, let alone 2 years.

Contact coinbase, get the TxID then move all your coins out of their online wallet & use a proper wallet that you control, not a third party - this will avoid these types of issues completely. Again, without a TxID nobody can help you, sorry.

Of course I know what I paid for, but they provide nothing, they dont talk, they dont answer, they dont refund, they do nothing.
There has been no support or intention to help it or explain anything from their party. No warranty, no contract, no contacting, no team who would want to assist with anything. I asked them to ship the machine rather to my address for the same cost since their company goes off the register soon, but got no answer either. They play dead beetle.

When you make a Bitcoin payment, you automatically receive a TxID - post it here. Also, what about the 24 months hosting you've paid for - are they hosting it for you?

but maybe their cryptopayment gate on their website promineruk.com changes the btc wallet number everyday or every transaction I dont know.

Sorry, but there is no proof that I can see. Please post the TxID of your Bitcoin payment to them plus any other screen shots or info - that would be proof of payment & we can then trace these guys.

Hello guys, I have made an order on 28th February 2020 at ProMinerUK.com and I paid for an order #913 exactly $2.699 USD via their payment gate with my bitcoins. I ordered Innosilicon A10 ETH Miner + PSU + (24 months Hosting) and I got no informations about my order anymore, no product or service provided, no support, no answering. They do not reply, do not refund, totally ignore. Dont buy anything from them! They are really FAKE! I have reported them to ActionFraud Police UK already. These guys are cyber criminals and deserve to go to jail! They have like 600 positive reviews on trust pilot but now I believe they were pre-written by themselves. I didnt pay much attention before shopping into investigation if they are real or fake. Really stupid me. Next time I will be more careful about my money, since Im trusful person, my bad. So I lost my 0.30926159 BTC on these jerks who selling nothing for thousands of dollars.

On the top of it......these scammers plan to liquidate the company and want to rob as many people yet as they can since they got only less then 2 months to strike off the company off the Uk register.

PS: Paypal is only for an eye, but yeah paypal would chargeback them anyway, so they might be refunding you the money in hope you order from them next time via bitcoins.
My bad I wasnt using paypal as a first option, I would not have lost my money forever now.

There are so many scammers posing as mining equipment sellers and a lot of people fall victims. I am not so much into mining or it's equipment but i think a list about legit and trusted mining equipment selling online stores made in this forum would be a good idea and it would save dozens of chaps from getting scammed.

Thanks for the info I message the rep and they are responding for now until they run me around long enough. They are probably hoping that I get fed up and just give up. I should have just did a search on them with regards to scams first before I made the purchase.

Most of their info was already posted here and I think that it won't weigh anything if you add more into it. Their profile haven't replied to anything and they were last active when they have posted their last post so maybe they just gave up the fight, they didn't even replied why the OP didn't receive hist Antminer when they already confirmed that the payment was successful. The only help you can do by adding another scam accusation against them is of course showing that promineruk is fake and had several scams against several buyers, but hoping that you will receive the antminer you have bought might just be slim to none.

Sigggggh so I placed an order from promineruk.com and I am currently waiting to see if I will receive my order. I did the payment by wire transfer. I only suspected the phone agent being very suspicious after I made the payment. The WhatsApp number they are using is +44-795-705-8326. I saw they had a lot of good reviews on Trustpilot however now I am seeing this might all be fake. If they do not fulfill their end of the deal is there any recourse in this matter?

IF THEY DO NOT KEEP THEIR END OF THE DEAL I WILL BE POSTING ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR FRAUD HERE!!!
