I don't think there is a way to be sure an ICO or bounty program is legit. Do the work and hope to get paid is what it looks like to me.at Einvion there are thousands of people waiting for your token. You're not alone.

To know a good bounty to join, first of all look for a reputable bounty manager, there are some of these platforms that have history to watching over their campaign diligently, also the quality of the project, can the project raise enough fund from their token sale to be able to pay their bounty tokens

I don't like bounties much. But sometimes I'm in. There are lots of bounty hunters, so bounties become not effective, as for me.
I often see quotes like: "bounty manager didn't update the spreadsheet", etc. But can you imagine how hard is for them to check every account? And airdrops are even worse. People use multiple accounts, twitter usernames of other people, fake e-mails. I think we should somehow stop it.

The first one we should see is who makes the bounty or who promotes it in the forum, trust and ranking of that person can also be a consideration. Jr.Member listed in Cooper member is good, if the newbie we have to be vigilant of the project. Then how good the review project, because it attracts the attention of investors to join. And how clear the project's goals are, information provided from whitepapers and their websites, promotions or bonuses they provide. If it's all clear legality, just who is the team who dabbled in the project. If it consists of people who have a good profile, then the project is not a deceptive project.

I participate only in bounty campaigns from several managers. They never had fake projects. You need to choose where to participate.

To be honest, I have repeatedly caught the bait of scammers. It's a shame when you waste your time, and in return you get nothing. Sometimes it is difficult to distinguish a good project from a fraudulent one. They learned how to do fake projects. I think that in the future there should be a platform that will help to filter ICOs. It would be a salvation for investors.

There is no definite benchmark regarding legitimate ICO instructions or scamm. It is possible that the ICO you are following is a failure not a scam. The more you follow the ICO then you will have a sense to determine this is a good ICO to follow

I agree on your opinion we can determine if the ico scam by following them i think the best tips i will advice is follow good managers with a good feedback of many members here in forum for sure they choose good ico to managed cause all  peoples knew that time is important so basically they didnt waste their time on fake icos.

Looking for a reputable campaign manager  of high rank is the first thing to as a newbie who wants to go into bounty campaigns . The rest will come later as you rank up and learn more about crypto currencies.
Looking for a bounty manager with a good history of projects is really the right advice that helped me in the past. But it is important to learn how to analyze information and draw the right conclusions. Almost every information about the project can be rechecked, it will help to identify the scam.

I don't think there's a straight answer to this because even a very convincing Whitepaper doesn't guarantee the genuineness of an ICO.

I am a newbie just trying to grow on this platform. Within a week of participating in altcoin bounties, 2 bounties I participated in have been reported as Scammers. I get a lot of reads on my articles and Social media pages. I cannot keep encouraging people to invest in these altcoins if they would eventually get scammed. How can new bounty hunters like myself differentiate between a genuine bounty and scammers bounty?

I suggest you to spent time to Read their whitepaper. The vision of the ICO as articulated in the white paper would give you an idea of how long term or short term the project is  Know the Team - Be careful enough to do a background check on the members of the team that manage the ICO.  Trusted Bounty Manager - for me this is a factor. Join in a campaign managed by trusted BM.
Legit ICOs  should have a unique selling point of technology, solutions, and problems that they are solving.

The most important thing for me (but this is also not a guarantee) is to find out who the project manager is? how did the previous projects he held and handled? is it successful? and how is the project manager's credibility? If he is a project manager has negative credibility, I will leave it.

That's too much information for a newbie to understand. Scammers usually promise a lot to do and want to collect a lot of money.

The answer is obvious, avoid them. Try not to be trapped into it. Examine, study, look close on the ICO before investing

This is very difficult to distinguish, this crypto light here can even be the best thing, here the guys are looking for information on the sites!

Not that difficult though, you can always tell by yourself if its a legit one or its another fake. Just check out their informations. Legitness can be tested through the people handling the project. Checking out their profile helps a lot. So its easier to avoid the fake ones by investigating.

This is not your fault all you need to do is find some other bounty that can improve your experience in doing bounty campaign. And by that you can convince other people investing in altcoins.
