Actually no one knows what will but Ive seen a lot of people based on charts and movement that bear market has ended however what is happening is that when btc goes up there a small movement on alts but if btc falls just a little bit alts will bleed thats why for me theres still a high possibility that bear will still dominate the market.

Yeah but that doesn't mean we have to be complacent. We may just be in the middle of the bear and the bull market and this transition may take a long time before we finally enter the realm of the bulls.

I also think that we can not be sure anything yet. What we are now observing, can only be a bear market correction and in a moment the next panic sell may come. I think that we have to wait two or three months for the final statement that this is the end of price drops.

You are quite right about this, this increase has been a wake up call for investors that are still in their slumber, they have woken up to the reality that BTC is not down any further. So, majority of them are gradually putting in their money step by step and as they do these, we will be experiencing a gradual increase in the price of Bitcoin till we get to the value you mentioned which may even be above that, depending on the number of investors we get then.

Hence, I expect this increase to fully materialize around September, so there is still chance of getting to $10000 by December if we can reach $8000 by September.

No it wasn't 50% the increase was just about 20%, and that is cool already, we haven't seen that kind of increase in the past.
We will see more increases, we can expect that, BTC started its recovery so we should be more bullish now.

The bear market has ended, a great bull can come in now.
