seeing that trust wallet has a warning regarding sharing your seed phrase, I wouldn't feel bad to anyone that fell for this half-assed planned scam attempt. it is just sad that a company like Facebook is allowing this kind of scam to further ruin its platform. Nice find btw. I also reported the page. not sure if anything will happen but did it anyway.

It should be emphasized to newbies that the seed phrase is something that shouldn't be shared to anybody whatever the case is, not to friends, even to family members, and especially not to strangers online. Well, in case of death or permanent mental incapacity, let the family discover it.
I agree they should put more details on the warnings and the danger of sharing your deed phrase with anyone. but to be honest any sane person who has made a wallet from electrum or trust wallet would know that it is a dumb idea to share your seed phrase.

I tried to find out something but couldn't is this new policy is applicable to Google play store service? Cause they seems to be talking about Google ads which is the reason why they said "Advertisers must request new Cryptocurrency Exchanges and Wallets certification with Google when the application form is published on July 8, 2021"

I don't think this particular policy update is also directed at the services offered in Google play store. It is specifically addressed to advertisers.

The facebook post is redirecting to a Google form which also asks you to enter a trust wallet seed. Both the website and the fb page are most likely controlled by the same person but I couldn't find any direct and clear link between them. So good catch op!
The funny thing is that the facebook page was created in 2015, two years before even trust wallet was founded. It also has more than 20k followers so it's definitely a bought page.
I reported it and hope it will be taken down soon.

Newbies have to learn that they should never ever use their seeds to "earn" features of any wallet. That's bait for them and seeds must only be used to recover their wallets and always download from the official website or app.
