I think that the opposite is coming as Bitcoin had failed to go down once more in the 6,500$ level and it has established a support out there, every time it goes down below 7,000$ it will quickly climb back up above it. But if it will really go down more than 6,500$ I believe that there will still have a small price rally up before it goes down to that level.

It's not seem true. Now the price of bitcoin again start to raise. So the speculation should be in positive manner. The price of bitcoin reach 6952$,it is closer to 7000$.I personally think the price of bitcoin will reach 7500$ in a week.Do you want to get some more dollars ,just hold your breath and keep your bitcoin for a while. If the price cross 7500$,you will get the profit for holding.

What is your opinion
Well, I don't have an idea of the value of bitcoin at the time you made this post though am suspecting that bitcoin value was below $7,000 around 6th of this month which mean that it was not a prediction again. Bitcoin is currently recovering from a downward trend of below $6,500 to the current value of $6,800 and we hope that it will continue to grow in value.

Thats outside the current range, the reason we are mostly holding the same price for a while now is there is support nearby.    Also we have a trend longterm just overhead, so the range between those two is quite limited.
The only date I look at really is maybe the end of Tax year 15th april but Im not sure that is massively important.

This speculations is not totally true, from the previous weeks bitcoin's price has been playing around 67000 but this week it has reached to 7100. Some are quite happy about this movement but many are still expecting more. With the recent negative blow against bitcoin we must appreciate this growth because it was not an easy battle eversince last December following to the highest price. Bitcoin was put to the spotlight after that many has tried to destroy it. They funded adverstisement to impose a bad impact to bitcoin and in fact a lot of investors sold out and got weak which really made the market of bitcoin drop. Following to depression of it's price for several months the present price condition is a breath of fresh air for me.

It's been almost a week and bitcoin is still $6,900+ which is a good sign that bitcoin has moved up for awhile.

My opinion on this one is we shouldn't focus on day to day fluctuation, it's just going to us a lot of stress.

Not seeing exactly the fall of bitcoin to $ 6k, much of the gradual increase is likely to be slow at the moment, but it is definitely a recovery for the glory by the end of this year which many assume will increase enormously, it's not a thing That would be very worrying, do not be a breakthrough that will be very severe, it is also possible to go lower again on the other side to be a profit for investors to buy more, everything will happen as it should.

High likelihood it will drop more or stay relatively even considering how the market is struggling to get above the moving average on just about every graph short or long term. I'm going to be selling some coins to try and buy back in after a day or two with the way things are looking right now. But there's been a lot of negative days so it wouldn't be surprising to also have the market try to recover a little bit of that. I'd say april could turn out to be a nice run up as well.

Well at this point some of my alts are pretty moving positively so that at least is one positive thing coming out of this sideways btc movement. But i agree, i won't be surprised if btc continues to drop and probably will be bearish until the ber months Sad

Ber, you mean September onwards? I am thinking of end of May no longer for bear market reversal. should be plain and boring till then.

If you look at a historical graph of BTC/USD, BTC went down to $6.2k on February 5th and then bounced backed up. I don't see it going below $6k, but I think it might go there and find support.
Bitcoin went lower than $6.2k on most exchanges if you check very well at the time you mentioned before we ended up seeing a bounce. In fact, it was around $5980 on the average for most exchanges. After all, I expect to see some form of double bottom if we get to see an occasion like this, which I believe may cause a rally but if the volume on the bounce is pretty low, I do not know what may be happening from there onward, but I want to assume we will get to see a nice bounce on volume if we eventually do.

It is bitcoin and anything can happen. However, if it does, it would just be a chance to buy more, and if it does not, it is still good. The $6k spot may have some pretty good bounce though, and from there we may get to know where we are heading next as it looks like the market is undecided of the next move now.

BTC's uptrend was limited as it tried to break the $7k resistance definitively. It could due to the RBI's new regulations, but depends on how the markets hold up at the $6.5k support level. Currently we're seeing a small rebound of about 1% gain from yesterday, which is nice to see.

If this current increase in price does not continue and the price stagnates, there is definitely a potential of the price going down further during the week.

I don't think that we're out of this bear market yet, which means that most likely we're going to see lower levels sooner or later. $6k will happen at some point in my opinion, as markets try to adjust and consolidate at lower prices during the year. Just not sure if that's going to happen this week.

It seems that until the end of 2018, we will not see any rise in prices and a rise in the market.
Don't judge a book by its cover. If this market is consolidating above the $6000 mark, the market will gain more and more confidence by the week that goes by, which is what we want right now.

It should result in a slow increase that hopefully, will allow the market to settle near the $10,000 mark before the end of the year. Everything that we manage to stack on top of the $10,000 mark is an early Christmas present.

Don't forget that while people are worrying about the market, there is serious accumulation going on in the background. By the time most people here realize that, they would wish they bought more today.

What is this forum that you are mentioning? Kindly tell us.

You can't predict Bitcoin price from analysing a chart.
You can predict without even those charts but base on what you can see and on your own perspective. This is why the prediction market has been dominated by FUDs who wants to tell a lie and wants to give a lot of investors panic during the dip.

Don't trust those forums they may misslead and make you take a wrong decision.
Alts speculation can be easier because of the low marketcap and low demand so figuring out resistance levels is easier.
I'm already beginning to get used to the fact that the price for Bitcoin will fluctuate from 6,000 dollars to 7,000 dollars. It seems that until the end of 2018, we will not see any rise in prices and a rise in the market.

The market is really way unpredicatble at this moment. Anything could possibly happen whether it is in favor for bitcoin not. Some are saying that after a couple of weeks, the market will start to rise, while on the other hand, some are saying that dumps will continue for the rest of the year. But the best thing to do still is to hold, wait and see it for ourselves.

It actually dropped to $6,000 but whats good is by checking the price right now, its back to $7,000. And what I think is that Soros did helped the pump by just giving a statement that he's preparing to trade cryptocurrencies and its on the right time since the market came from a recent correction.

Soros's statement didn't do anything. It's just the market bouncing up and down within current range, which isn't anything special. On top of that, it's not that Soros came up with something even slightly interesting for the current market. It might take months and months before he even considers to actually throw a few hundred thousand dollars or a few million into crypto. If people seriously believe he will throw around with billions, they will get heavily disappointed. It might also be that he will buy himself exposure through futures and options, and not buy any crypto directly, which if so, it won't do anything for this market. Being conservative helps in this market, some times....
What I mean his statement boosted up the market for awhile. He didn't do anything but he did some helped to pump it for awhile but now it's back to $6,700.
That's what everyone is expecting that he's going to invest more than billions of dollars as the news are mentioning. But you have the point on and I'm getting it.
