@Bitstar_coin, this kind of discussion has no place in the Bitcoin discussion, so please move this topic to Reputation.

@Agbe, you need to understand that the pictures you used in the context of your story are a problem, because it gave the impression that they were your photos of the events you described. Accordingly, a seed of doubt has been sown and it makes no sense to act aggressively, because that is not the solution.

Although images posted on the forum without citing the source are not plagiarism, you can still notice that many members always post the source precisely to avoid such misunderstandings.

I will be locking the thread since @Agbe already responded and there is no need to further the discussion i believe the message has been delivered.

If you claim your story is real i can't argue too much on that since i was not there
, but the image from techcabal makes it looks like it is the current state of atm which is not, lately there are pos agent in every point which has solved the problem of being on long cues (if there are any).

So it is because of the picture you are saying the story is fake. And you create a thread for it instead of... You made people to insult me. Said I gave fake information, did you verify my information before accusing me of giving fake information? Jesus Christ of Nigeria. So all those things I explained in the originanal post is not real all because of the picture. Now that you are saying, you don't know if the story is true because you were not there. If it is in a court of law. What do you think would have happened? Remember you have already spoiled my name. And also do you know the kind of business I do that you are referring me to collect money from POS?

I am still confused why you created this thread...

I really don't understand why you create a new topic. The thread I posted yesterday was a personal experience that I encountered yesterday morning. And all the pictures I used are the banks I visited to withdraw money from ATM, delayed tactics was used by the banks so I didn't see any fake information on my post. Is it the pictures which I used to represent the various Banks are fake or the information it is fake? Or the way the banks maltreated me is fake?

I believe your concern is on the pictures. I used the pictures to represent the various Banks that I visited.

Grin The story could be true but @Agbe wanted to add images for better presentation (and maybe merit). He probably didn't document his recent experience with ATMs that's why he had to resort to the internet. Good thing he didn't hide/remove the watermark in his post.

Yes. I added the image to make it presentable but not for merit please. My story there is real.

There is nothing too difficult to understand and last time i check anyone can create a topic for any valid info.

I think it is very appropriate to get our facts right or at least try to be honest with the information we feed the forum for whatever reason  Undecided
Agbe I know we all dislike banks and what they are putting people through but don't you think it will be better to provide accurate or near accurate info rather than false information to mislead the forum members?
My problem with your post is that you make it look like this happened recently while it has happens since 2020 prior to lock down or so according to the article.
You fail to make reference to the images source even when it was clearly imprint on one of them. You have risen to the senior member rank and should by now understand how to share information. Please do take note of this moving forward.

I see this as a warning and advise in thesame way on every member to make proper research before dropping doen a piece of what they've got online to the forum and present the whole situation as real as it is, misinformation is actually something wrong and one can get furious at if discovered and my advice to OP is to ensure a gradient transparency in his research and findings in other not to loose his good reputation, i think it's a lesson on everyone as well, we may not get away with sone of our nastic acts sometimes.

What do you know, people are fond of putting out wrong information because they think no one will take the time to check out this info. Thanks for checking that out, besides, some of us that have good information about OP's alleged bank escapade know this is not the time even though it can actually happen. Some of us also are not highly technically knowledgable about Bitcoin but we have come to support Bitcoin for what it represents.

Are you sure you read the above post correctly before making yours? i think you are responding to the wrong topic, perhaps you should check properly to see which topic your post belongs to.

Maybe he posted in a hurry and to the wrong topic or he did it just to complete his weekly post count. I found it difficult understanding what he was saying there too. But a Hero member should know better than doing that.

Wow, thank you for noticing this. I've just asked Agbe clear this up, since it's ugly if he indeed did this (and as it seems now he did...)

With Bitcoin. No such fear, no such risk.

You can broadcast your transaction to the network, nodes and miners will confirm transactions with priority on highest fee rates first. If you don't use too low fee rate your transaction will be confirmed sooner. If you use too low fee rate your transaction will be stucked longer. Fortunately you can use Replace  by fee if you use a non custodial wallet and mark your transaction as RBF when you broadcast it initially.

More fortunately, it's your keys, it is your coin. It is only if you use a non custodial wallet with it nobody can freeze your Bitcoin or steal your Bitcoin. It is big different and much better than central banks.

I agree with @Anonylz
This kind of posts need reported both to mods and to the campaign manager (LE: done). I would have been expecting a tad more from a Hero Member..

@op you have made a point with this, it is important as bitcoiners to represent it correctly, it will be unfair to misrepresent information just because we don't like the service of the banking sector, I use bank more than btc for now and even though I dislike many of their services i still need them to transact on a daily basis.
