For me, family planning is important because raising a child have a significant amounts of needs,want, time, with family planing it will help us to assure our need, to help us what to do, and most all one it will control of growing people population.
Yes of course, you have to be responsible enough if you wanted o grow a child for we all know that it is expensive to support a Kid and to provide their need. Have to think the environment where you will raise them.
Ofcourse. For me before you get married you will plan with your wife how many children you want. Because its hard if you make a big family and yet you can't provide their needs. Its good to have a big family but it must have proper spacing. Maybe 3 to 4 years beforw the next child.

Yes, more people are aware of family planning, which reduces population growth. However, it is important to have proper family planning to prevent financial strain in the family. Without family planning, they might have problems to cope with daily needs or receiving proper education. On the other hand, under population also causes the country not to have enough human resources to support economy growth. Thus, it is a major problem for small and aging countries.

I don't think people generally follow any social family planning strategy. They just plan their families according to their budget and needs. However, in most of the European and American countries, I have noticed the tendency, that people don't plan more than one kid (on average), which is, I think, good for controlling over-population.

Yes it could actually help decrease the population on any country. So long as you follow it. If you don't then it wouldn't matter what kind of policy you make, it would just be ineffective all the time. Whatever you choose, the family planning method should be well informed and all the options are laid out for the couples to decide on. Also, the couples should be free to choose whatever method they would want to.
Aside from the benefits to the well being of the family, especially the women, one of the main purpose of family planning is to decrease the number of population. This can be done by using birth control methods depending on what will work best for a couple.
